    PG交換はセルロイド素材の物、ペグやサドルはヴィンテージパーツを再現したモデルの様です。

    近年の新しいギターは音がタイト過ぎるので、昔の様な天然素材や金属が柔らかいパーツを付けるとその硬さが緩和されてバランスが取れたりします。

    金属はＧＯＴＯＨ等のパーツだと硬いので音も硬くなりますがその分で強度が高く長持ちします。

    バッカス製GRACEのセットアップです。

    低価格ながら変わったPUが載ったモデルです。

    PUはMojotone製PW-HORNETとの事で4～6弦のポールピースしか調整できないモデルです。

    どうしてこの様な仕様なのか？非常に謎なのですが、普通に1～3弦は調整できる様にしてほしいです。

    特に1～3弦の音量バランスが非常に良い訳でも無いので、4～6弦は両方のポールピースが調整できると音色的に幅が出るので良いのですがそれならポールピース全て調整できる様にしてほしいです。

    PW-HORNETは製品単品で販売されていないPUの様なのでこのモデルオリジナル？の様です。

    ベアナックルPU等がポールピース全て調整できるモデルがありますが、これはフロント側とリア側で高さを上げる量を変えると音を柔らかくしたり硬くしたりもできるので音色の面で便利です。

  • アイバニーズ製アイスマンのPU位置修正・セットアップです。

    今回はかなり神経質な内容なのですがリアPUの取り付けがズレているとの事で直してほしいという依頼です。
    チェックしてみるとリアPUが少し傾いて付いているのですが、お金を掛けてまで直すレベルでは無い状態です。

    この程度でしたら結構多いです。
    正直、この辺りは有名なメーカーでも高額なモデルでも結構ズレはありますので珍しくありません。

    特に低価格でしたら猶更ズレは結構あるのですが、実際に使用して問題が無いレベルです。
    稀にブリッジの位置がズレててオクターブの位置に違和感が出ているモデルもあったりしますが、本家G社カスタムショップ70～80万円モデル新品でブリッジ位置が間違っておりオクターブ調整が合わない物も平気で売っているのをこの場で確認した事もあり「今すぐ返品に行け！これは楽器として使用できない！」と言った事もありますので、いかに販売側の検品レベルがいい加減かよく分かりました。

    PU位置を直しましたが細かくチェックするとブリッジの位置も少しズレている様子です。
    調整には問題ありませんし弾く上で難を感じるレベルじゃないので、こうした小さな点は気にしない事が一番です。
    有名で高額なブランドでも非常に酷い物が新品で売ってたりする世の中なので、これは些細な事に思えてしまいます。

    To be honest, it is not uncommon to find a misalignment in this area, even in expensive models from well-known manufacturers.

    It is not uncommon for even the most expensive models to have some misalignment, especially if they are low-priced, but it is at a level where it is not a problem in actual use.
    There are rare models where the bridge is misaligned and the octave position is not correct, but I have seen a 700,000 to 800,000 yen new model from the original G Custom Shop that was sold with the wrong bridge position and the octave adjustment was not correct. I was able to understand how the level of inspection on the sales side was not good enough.

    I fixed the PU position, but upon closer inspection, the bridge position also seems to be a little off.
    There is no problem in adjusting it, and it is not at a level where I feel any difficulty in playing it, so it is best not to worry about such a small point.
    In a world where even famous and expensive brands can be sold new in very bad condition, this seems like a small thing.

  • キーセル製オーダーメイドギターの配線直し・セットアップです。

    新品購入で届いたばかりとの事ですが内部配線が雑、新品で既に内部の配線が切れて音が出ないポジション＋セレクターの動きがおかしい状態です。
    内部をチェックしてみるとセレクターの取り付けが逆で、フロントポジションでリアが鳴る等。

    昔はかなり良いメーカーだっただけに考えられない状態です。
    売れてきたり有名になると品質が落ちるメーカーが沢山ありますが、キーセルも例外じゃなかった様です。

    お客様の要望でミニスイッチを増設、別の持ち込みギターと同じ配線にてスイッチONでテレキャスターの様なフロント＋リアタップサウンド(ミニスイッチでフロントの音を信号に混ぜる・リアをタップさせる機能)を追加しました。ブレンダー＋コイルタップ配線スイッチです。

    かなり精度が良いので弾き易いです。製造精度は落ちていないのですが恐らく人員不足なのか配線等の仕上げは経験の浅い人に任せている可能性が高そうです。

    昔は非常に品質が良くYoutubeでもお勧めした事があるメーカーなのですが、近年はどうも変わってきた様です。
    こうした最新情報に張り付いて日々チェックをお願いします。
    私も発信した際は「その時の現状での情報」の発信なので今後もずっと同じ情報なのかは責任は持てませんので、情報には常にアンテナを立てていてアップデートを心掛けて下さい。

    This is a rewiring and setup of a custom made guitar by Keysel.

    The guitar was purchased new and just arrived, but the internal wiring is messy, and the internal wiring is already broken and in a position where there is no sound + the selector is not working properly even though it is brand new.
    When we checked the inside, we found that the selector was installed backwards, so the rear sounded in the front position, etc.

    It is unthinkable because the manufacturer used to be quite good.
    There are many manufacturers whose quality deteriorates as they become popular and well-known, and Keysel was no exception.

    At the customer’s request, we added a mini-switch, and with the same wiring as another guitar he brought in, we added a front + rear tap sound like a Telecaster when the switch is turned on (function to mix the front sound with the signal and tap the rear with the mini-switch). Blender + coil tap wiring switch.

    It is quite accurate and easy to play. The manufacturing precision has not been compromised, but it seems likely that they are understaffed or that the wiring and other finishing touches are left to inexperienced people.

    In the past, the quality of this manufacturer was very good, and I have recommended them on Youtube, but things seem to have changed in recent years.

  • シード製SGの配線直しです。

    新品購入との事ですが内部配線が間違っていてコントロールがおかしい効き方をする状態です。
    他にも症状としてボリュームが効かない・音が途切れるとの事です。

    全体的な配線が甘いので、全体のハンダ付け直しを行った事と配線が間違っている所を直す事で通常状態になりました。

    ボリュームが効かないのは配線にミスがあるだけなので、配線を正しく直してボリュームが効く様になりました。

    あくまでもお客様から言われた事を信じますが、これって新品購入でしたら検品で分からないのは異常なのでは？と思ってしまいます。
    低価格帯なので多少の製造ミスは全然ある事と思いますが、販売側の検品で返品なり修理等を行うはずです。
    それがメーカーも販売店もスルーしてお客様の手に渡っている事に違和感でしかありません。

    楽器業界も金儲け主義な所が多いので、もう少し購入する人の事を考えて人に胸を張れる仕事をしてる人が増えてほしいと願います。
    この業界もビックモーターと変わりませんので、現場で働いている誰かしらが暴露して問題にならないとこの環境は良くならないと思います。

    This is a rewiring of a Seed SG.

    They said it was purchased new, but the wiring is wrong and the controls are not correct. The volume does not work and the sound is cut off.

    The volume does not work because there is just a mistake in the wiring, so we fixed the wiring and the volume now works.

    I believe what the customer told me, but if this is a new purchase, it would be unusual not to know this on inspection, wouldn’t it? I think it is unusual that this is not detected in the inspection if it is a new purchase.
    I believe that there may be some manufacturing errors because of the low price range, but the sales side should have inspected the product and returned it for repair, etc.
    I feel uncomfortable that both the manufacturer and the retailer are passing the product on to the customer.

    I wish more people in the musical instrument industry would think about the people who buy their instruments and do work that they can be proud of.
    This industry is no different from big motors, and I don’t think this environment will improve unless someone exposes it and makes it a problem.

  • バッカス製ストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・ペグ交換・セットアップです。ローステッドメイプルのモデルです。

    Youtubeでも紹介したモデルです。新品え2万円にしては非常に良いギターです。

    ペグを交換した時の音・ナット溝切りした時の音をYoutubeでやってますので面白いと思います。

    音も良く状態も良いのですが低価格帯あるあるとしてナット高が高い事やフレットサイドは気になると思います。
    しかしこれらは後から直してしまえばかなり化けるモデルと思います。

    弾き易い・音が良い。変な癖が無いギターなので低価格帯で良いモデルとしてお勧めの1本です。

  • ギブソン製サンダーバードのナット交換です。

    開放弦で音詰まり、ナット高が低い状態です。

    ナットを交換し問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

    中古品・古い年代製は消耗でナットが低い・フレットが消耗し音が詰まっている等が起こっていますのでリペアは基本必須です。
    なので基本的に購入時はリペアもセットで考えると良いでしょう。

    This is a nut replacement for a Gibson Thunderbird.

    The open strings are stuck and the nut height is low.

  • Gibson 50周年記念モデル フライングV ナット交換

  • ギブソン製50周年記念モデル、フライングVのナット交換です。

    消耗で開放弦が音詰まりする状態です。

    ナットを交換する事で問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

    細かい点としてフロントPUのザグリが浅くPU高を下げれない事と斜めに傾くので内部にスポンジを入れてなるべく傾かない様にしてみました。

    リアはファットキャットに交換されており音の切れが良いです。
    意外とギブソンはギブソン製でないPUの方が合うのでは？と思うので、音が太過ぎたり歯切れが悪いと思っている人はPU交換すると良いでしょう。
    元から太いサウンド傾向なので太いブーミー感のPUではアンバランスになる事が多いのがギブソンだと思います。

    This is a nut replacement for a Gibson 50th Anniversary model Flying V.

    The open strings are clogged due to wear and tear.

    By replacing the nut, we were able to finish it up without any problems.

    The front PU has a shallow counterbore, so the height of the PU cannot be lowered, and the PU tilts at an angle.

    The rear PU has been replaced with a Fat Cat, and the sound is very crisp.
    Surprisingly, I think that Gibson fits better with a PU that is not made by Gibson. If you think that the sound is too fat or not crisp enough, it would be better to replace the PU.
    I think Gibson has a tendency to sound fat from the start, so a PU with a fat boomy feel often becomes unbalanced.

  • MD-MM Produce、MD-Premier MD-G7Plusのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    新品購入との事ですがナット高が高くローポジションが弾き難い状態です。

    少し順反り気味なので調整してみるとトラスロッドが最初から殆ど限界状態でした。
    約10°位しか回せなかったので調整後にトラスロッドが限界状態となりました。

    最近の木材は柔らかく強度も弱いので、弦を張ると大きく反るので新品でもトラスロッドが結構効いた状態で販売されている物も多いです。
    そして完成後に弦を張っててネックが負けて順反りするので、それを直すとトラスロッドも殆ど余裕が無くなる状態となります。

    販売側もこうした事を知った上で何も言わず販売しているので、こうしたギターは弦を緩めて保管していないと数年程度でネックが順反りし調整限度を迎え弾き難いので買い替える事になると思います。
    最初のスタート地点でトラスロッドに余裕が無い物を買ってしまうと将来的に順反りした際の調整範囲が狭い、つまりは寿命が短いという事です。

    買う前に店員にトラスロッドの余り量を「ちゃんと調整ができた状態から」確認させて、それでトラスロッドの余りが多い物を購入して下さい。
    それをしないお店からは買ってはいけません。

    This is a nut groove adjustment and setup for MD-MM Produce and MD-Premier MD-G7Plus.

    The nut height is high and the low position is difficult to play.

    Since recent woods are soft and weak, they warp a lot when the strings are stretched, so many new guitars are sold with the truss rod in a very effective condition.
    After completion, the neck will be warped by the tension of the strings, and the truss rod will have almost no room to spare when the neck is straightened.

    The seller knows this and sells the guitar without saying anything, so if you don’t keep the strings loose, you will have to replace the guitar after a few years because the neck will warp too much and it will be difficult to play.
    If you buy a guitar that does not have enough room for the truss rod at the start, the adjustment range for future warping will be limited, which means that the life of the guitar will be short.

    Before you buy, have the shopkeeper check the amount of truss rod left over “from the state of being properly adjusted” and buy one with a lot of truss rod left over.
    Do not buy from a store that does not do this.
