マーチン製00-15Mの弦高調整です。

新品購入との事ですが弦高が非常に高くお客様がまともに弾けないとの事、なんと12F上で4.5ｍｍもありお店側もよくこの状態で平気で売れたなと思います。

トラスロッドの余裕少ないので、新品時点でこの状態なら今後長持ちする事も見込みが低そうです。

こちらは30万円？（https://www.martinclubjp.com/guitars/15_series/00-15M/）のモデルかと思われますが、30万円で買ってこの状態なら結構お店も考えた方が良いと思います。

ネックの反り調整とサドルを削り弦高を下げる事でまともに弾ける弦高に仕上げました。

本来なら購入時にチェックしてこの辺りを店員に伝えて直してもらうか他のモデルを買うべきですのですが、素人だと分からない事と店員に「こういうものですよ」とか言われると信じて買ってしまうのが問題です。

客側が知識を付ける事は当然として、お店側は状態が悪い物を平気で売らない事と正しい知識がある店員を配置すべきでしょう。
こうした事があるから私は「楽器は楽器屋で買ったら危険」と言う事になります。
誰もが安心して購入できる場所を業界が努力して作って下さい。私は環境がそうなる事を望みます。

This is a Martin 00-15M string height adjustment.

The customer said that he bought it new, but the string height is so high that he can’t play it properly.

The truss rod has little room to spare, so if it is in this condition when it is new, it is unlikely to last long in the future.

We have adjusted the warp of the neck and lowered the string height by shaving the saddle to make it playable.

Normally, you should have checked the guitar at the time of purchase and told the store staff about this and asked them to fix it or buy another model, but if you are an amateur, you don’t understand and if the store staff tells you “this is the way it is,” you will believe them and buy the guitar.

It is a matter of course for the customer to be knowledgeable, but the store should not sell items in bad condition without hesitation, and the store should have staff with the correct knowledge.
Because of these things, I would say, “It is dangerous to buy musical instruments at a music store.
The industry should work hard to create a place where everyone can buy music instruments in a safe environment. I hope the environment will be like that.
