大きく順反りしナット高が高い弦がありかなり弾き難い状態です。

ナット溝切り調整を行いセットアップする事でかなり弾き易くなりました。

また調整でトラスロッド限界状態となりました。

低価格帯で音が良いアコギとして有名なメーカーですが状態が悪いと弾き難くなるのは変わりませんので、湿度管理を徹底したり弦を緩めて保管する等が必要です。
