ブリッジで弦が切れ易いとの事で持ち込まれました。

PRSのブリッジはブラス製の様で素材が柔らかいので弦の張力でサドルに食い込み易く、これにより食い込んだ箇所で弦が切れ易い状態になる事が多い様です。
過去にも同じ様な方が居られますので、弦が切れ易い様であればサドルを削って食い込み箇所を慣らす必要があります。

サドル全てを手直しする事で弦が切れる事も無くなりました。

PRSで弦がブリッジ側で切れ易い方はこうした修理が必要になります。

This is a bridge modification and setup for a Custom24 made by PRS.

The customer brought this guitar in because the strings break easily at the bridge.

The PRS bridge seems to be made of brass, which is a soft material that can easily bite into the saddle due to the tension of the strings, and this often causes the strings to break easily at the point where they bite.
If the strings break easily, it is necessary to shave the saddle to acclimate the bite point.

By reworking the entire saddle, the strings no longer break.

If your PRS is prone to string breakage on the bridge side, this kind of repair is necessary.
