KLON製KTRの不具合チェックです。

音は出るがLEDが点灯しないトラブルにより持ち込まれました。

内部をチェックしてみるとフットスイッチと基盤を繋げる配線が酷く、余裕が無い長さ故に非常に強く張った状態で付いています。

恐らく振動等を与えていればこの端子が抜けるのでしょう。

端子が外れ掛かっていただけでした。接続し直すと直りました。

この状態だと配線に非常に負荷が掛かっているので断線したりの危険性があると思います。

This is a problem check of KTR made by KLON.

It was brought to us due to a problem that the sound comes out but the LED does not light up.

The wiring connecting the footswitch to the base is very tight, and the length of the wiring is too long.

The terminal would probably come off if the LED was subjected to vibration.

It was just that the terminal was about to be disconnected. Reconnecting it fixed the problem.

I think there is a risk of disconnection because the wiring is very heavily loaded in this condition.
