フレットが部分的にかなり減っている・ネック全体の捻じれ（恐らく新品時のすり合わせ精度が悪い）が見られる状態です。

またナット高が元からかなり高い状態です。

低価格帯だけでなく高価格帯でもあったりしますがフロイドローズのナット高は精度が悪い物が多いです。
元から深く掘られてシム調整前提のモデルだったら調整が楽なのですが、そうでない木材に直接ナットが付いているタイプは高さが合っていないと削って合わせないといけません。

フレットすり合わせでより高くなったが弾いててそこまで気にならないとの事でした。
将来はフレット交換も視野に入れているとの事で、ここで削って高さ調整するとフレット交換時に高さ調整にシムが必要になってくるので手を加えない事にしました。
ただこの高さだとジャンボフレットに交換しても削って調整は必要になるかもしれませんが、この辺りは交換時の対処になります。

This is a fret leveling job on a Jackson SL2.

The frets are significantly worn in some areas, and there is noticeable warping along the entire neck (likely due to poor factory-set leveling).

Additionally, the nut height is quite high from the factory.

This is a common issue not only in lower-priced models but also in higher-end ones; many Floyd Rose nut heights lack precision.
If the nut were originally cut deep with shim adjustment in mind, the process would be straightforward. However, with models where the nut is attached directly to the wood, if the height isn’t correct, it must be filed down to match.

The customer mentioned that while the nut height increased slightly after the fret leveling, it didn’t bother them much when playing.
Since they are considering a future fret replacement, we decided not to make any adjustments here, as shaving the nut now would require shims for height adjustment during the replacement.
However, at this height, even if they switch to jumbo frets, shaving and adjustment might still be necessary—but that will be addressed at the time of replacement.
