全体的なフレット消耗でフレットすり合わせする事となりました。

またボリュームにガリがあるので新品に交換しました。

フレットはどうしても弾けば弾く程に消耗していきますので、減ってきた際はすり合わせが必須になります。

フレットが減って凹みが出てきたら音が詰まるビビるは当然として音程感が悪くなり、演奏性で難が生じてきます。

フレットは消耗品ですので交換やすり合わせはいずれ行わないといけないリペアとなります。

Sadowsky NYC Standard 5 fret leveling and pot replacement.

Due to overall fret wear, fret leveling was necessary.

Additionally, the volume pot had a crackling noise, so it was replaced with a new one.

Frets inevitably wear down the more you play them, so leveling becomes essential once they start wearing down.

Once frets wear down and become concave, you’ll experience buzzing and muffled notes, along with poor intonation and playability issues.

Since frets are consumable parts, replacement or leveling is a repair that will eventually be necessary.
