ARIA SWB アップライトベースネック折れ修理

アリア製SWBアップライトベースのネック折れ修理です。

折れ具合がやや複雑、更に開かない亀裂がもう1ヵ所入っている状態です。
折れてから時間が経っているとの事で綺麗にくっ付く感じでもありません。

ダメ元で作業OKという事で接着してみましたが無事に直りました。
ネック折れの修理も正直微妙なラインがあり、本体価格を考えたら買い直した方が良い場合や折れ方により高額になる際は諦める等の選択肢も重要です。
今回の様にとりあえず作業してみる選択肢もできますが、直らない場合でも作業費は発生します。
ただ意外と接着のみでも直る場合も多いので、諦めた方が良い折れ方さえしなければ低価格で直せる可能性はあります。

またジャック不良音切れする事から交換しました。
ジャック部はイジった事があるのか配線が短く雑な状態です。
また交換後も内部配線が短く異常に張って付いていた事による断線で音が出ない時がある為、大本の配線自体も新品に交換しました。

The break is rather complicated and there is another crack that will not open.
It has been a long time since the breakage, so it doesn’t look like it will stick nicely.

We decided to glue it back together and it was fixed without any problems.
There is a fine line between repairing a broken neck and repairing a broken neck, and it is important to make choices such as giving up when it would be better to buy a new one considering the price or when it would be too expensive depending on the way the neck is broken.
You can choose to work on it for the time being, as in this case, but even if it is not repaired, you will still have to pay for the work.
However, there are many cases where it can be repaired by gluing only, so there is a possibility that it can be repaired at a low price as long as it is not broken in a way that is better to give up.

I also replaced the jack because it was defective and sound was cut.
The wiring is short and messy, as if the jack has been messed with.
Also, even after the replacement, the internal wiring was still short and unusually stretched, causing disconnection and sometimes no sound, so we replaced the main wiring itself with new wiring.

TUNE SWB-5 配線直し

TUNE製SWB-5の配線直しです。

音が出ない状態です。まずはチェックしてみた所、電池切れでした。

まずは簡単な所からチェックしていく事が大事です。
しかし電池を交換しても音が出ません。

中古品で購入との事で配線が素人作業されているのか明らかに触った痕、荒く配線がされております。

断線してそうな箇所もあり、その部分を直すと音が出る様になりました。

音が出ていた事にも驚く様な中身でしたが、配線の素人作業は中古品に多いので注意したいポイントです。
