ナットがかなり高い状態でまともに弾くには難しい状態です。
国産ギターとはいえアコギのナットは昔から非常に高めの事が多いです。
基本は直さないと弾き難いモデルが今現在でも多くのメーカー品で多く存在します。

古い年代だが状態が良く、ナット高が非常に高いのに全体の弦高はかなり低めです。
ナット高を直すとむしろ弦高が低過ぎる為、ブリッジ下に紙3枚を挟んで弦高を上げています。
恐らくサドルが交換されて弦高を下げている？と思われますが間違った仕上げにされています。
気になる様ならサドルを作り直して正しい状態にした方がサウンド面でも良くなる事でしょう。

全体のフレット減りも凄く、古い年代製なのでしょうがないですが直して使うには状態が良いので救いがあります。
古いアコギはトラスロッドも限界で順反り・ハイ起き・トップ浮きで直して使う見込みが無い事が多いです。

昔から弦を緩めて保管した方が良いと言えるまともなリペアマンが居たら良かったのですが、そうした知識が無い人達が昔から大半なので正しい事を世間に発信できていない事が原因で昔の名機達は状態が悪く使い物にならなくされ殆どが残らずに捨てられてしまった未来となり残念です。

This is a nut grooving adjustment and setup for a Yamaki Y50D.

The nut is very high and difficult to play properly.
Nuts on Japanese acoustic guitars have always been very high.
There are many models made by many manufacturers that are difficult to play without a basic fix.

Older guitars, but in good condition, have a very high nut height, but the overall string height is quite low.
If the nut height is fixed, the string height is rather too low, so three pieces of paper are inserted under the bridge to raise the string height.
Perhaps the saddle has been replaced to lower the string height? If so, the saddle has been replaced to lower the string height, but the finish is wrong.
If you are concerned about it, it would be better to rebuild the saddle and make it right.

The overall fret depth is very low, which is not surprising for a guitar of this age, but it is in good condition and could use some work.
Older acoustic guitars often have truss rods that are at their limits and have no hope of being used for repair due to forward bowing, high rise, and top float.

It would have been better if there had been a decent repairman who could have said that it is better to keep the strings loose in the past, but since most people have lacked such knowledge for a long time, they have not been able to communicate the right thing to the world.
