    ヤマハ製パシフィカのセレクター交換・ジャック交換になります。

    錆が酷くセレクター切り替えができない、セレクターのレバーも錆で折れる様な状態です。

    初めてこの位まで錆が酷い状態を直すのですが、錆過ぎてセレクターが固着・ビス頭が錆過ぎて工具が入らず外せない状態です。
    また配線内部のビス山まで酷く錆びており、まず通常の方法で外す事は不可能な状態です。

    ピックガードビスも似た様に全てが酷い錆びでビスの十字が無くなる位まで錆びており外す事も困難です。
    状態が悪いビスを全て外すとなると非常に高額となるので、セレクターのビス頭を壊して外し新品へ交換、ジャック不良も新品に交換する事で直しました。

    特に演奏上で問題はありませんがイモネジ等も酷く錆びており調整は不可能な状態です。

    楽器は金属パーツで調整する箇所も多いので普段から錆びさせない様に使用していかないと高額なパーツ交換費が発生しますので要注意です。

    This is a selector and jack replacement for a Yamaha Pacifica.

    The rust is so bad that the selector cannot be switched, and the selector lever is also broken due to rust.

    This is the first time to fix such a badly rusted condition, but the rust is so bad that the selector is stuck and the screw heads are so rusted that tools cannot enter and remove them.
    Even the screw threads inside the wiring are so rusted that it is impossible to remove them in the usual way.

    The pickguard screws are similarly rusted to the point where there is no longer a cross on the screws, making it difficult to remove them.
    It would be very expensive to remove all the screws that are in bad condition, so we broke the screw heads on the selector and replaced them with new ones, and also replaced the defective jack with a new one.

    There is no particular problem in playing the instrument, but the imo screws and other parts are badly rusted and cannot be adjusted.

    There are many parts of the instrument that need to be adjusted with metal parts, so please be careful not to let them rust on a regular basis, or you will have to pay for expensive parts replacement.

    クレイマー製パーカーヴィンテージのPU交換・セットアップです。

    Youtubeでも動画を出した内容になります。

    セイモアダンカン製SH-4　→　Gotoh製HB-Distortion　→　Suhr製Aldrich　と交換した動画を上げていますので確認下さい。

    詳細は動画でチェック頂く事と、最終的にはSuhrのAldrichとなりましたがこちらは昔から私もお勧めしているモデルです。

    音がタイトでハッキリしているのでリアPUとして扱い易いと思います。
    SuhrのPUはよくできていて、用途さえしっかり自分に合わせれば良いPUが多いのでお勧めです。

    Gotoh製HB-Distortionも低価格ながら歪みは非常に良かったりもするので、音は値段ではないと分かるモデルですね。

    This is a PU replacement and setup for a Kramer Parker Vintage.

    Please check out the video of the replacement of Seymour Duncan SH-4 → Gotoh HB-Distortion → Suhr Aldrich.

    The final result is the Suhr Aldrich, which I have been recommending for a long time.

    The sound is tight and clear, so it is easy to handle as a rear PU.
    Suhr’s PUs are well made, and I recommend them because there are many good PUs as long as they are well suited to your needs.

    The Gotoh HB-Distortion also has a very good distortion at a low price, so this model shows that sound is not a matter of price.

  • コンポーネントギター ワーモスネック入れ替え＆ナット溝切り調整＆フレットすり合わせ

  • コンポーネントギターのネック入れ替えです。

    新たに購入したワーモス製ネックに入れ替えです。

    こうしたコンポーネントブランドのネックは基本的にリペアが必要です。
    ナットやフレットは仕上がっておりません。

    ナットの溝切り調整を行いフレットをすり合わせて問題が無い状態に仕上げました。

    交換前よりも音がタイトになり、音量バランスが1・2弦はやや大きいが全体としてバランスが良い音質になりました。

    またお客様の方でブリッジを交換されて弦高が高くなっている為、シム3枚を入れて調整しております。
    元のブリッジは弦高が低い事でこうした状態が起きてしまいます。
    ブリッジ交換は単純ではなく、ブリッジにはブリッジ本体が持つ「ブリッジ弦高」という数値があり各ブリッジで異なります。
    元のブリッジ弦高が低い物からブリッジ弦高が高い物に交換すると弦高が合わなくなります。
    サドルを一番下げても弦高が高い状態となっていましたが、この場合はネックにシム等を入れて高さに辻褄を合わせて調整しないと対応できません。

    This is a neck replacement for a component guitar.

    This is a neck replacement for a newly purchased Warmoth neck.

    These component brand necks basically need to be repaired.
    The nut and frets are not finished.

    The nut groove was adjusted and the frets were grated to make sure there were no problems.

    The sound is now tighter than before the replacement, and the volume balance is a little louder on the first and second strings, but the overall sound quality is now well balanced.

    The customer also changed the bridge and the string height is now higher, so three shims have been added to adjust the string height.
    The original bridge was low, which causes this condition.
    Bridge replacement is not simple. Each bridge has its own “bridge string height” value, which is different for each bridge.
    If the original bridge string height is low and then replaced with a bridge with a higher bridge string height, the string heights will not match.
    In this case, you will need to adjust the neck with shims or something to make the height adjustable.

    リアをセイモアダンカンSTE-1に交換しました。
    音が煌びやかで細いサウンドはいわゆるテレキャスターのリアって音がするPUです。

    調整でトラスロッドが限界状態となりました。
    ご希望で弦高低めに調整しました。

    This is a PU replacement and setup for a Fender Mexico Telecaster Custom.

    I replaced the rear with a Seymour Duncan STE-1.
    This PU has a shimmering and thin sound, which is what you would expect from a Telecaster rear.

    The truss rod was at the limit for adjustment.

  • ギブソン製エクスプローラーのPU交換・セットアップです。

    リアをセイモアダンカン製SH-4に交換しました。

    定番のリアPUとなりますが歪ませた時の音が好む人が多い様で昔からの売れ筋商品の様子です。
    SH-4も販売がかなり古いので、そうした意味では歴史が古いPUとなるので現代のPUの方がより粒が細かく綺麗に歪みますがこの荒さが良いのかもしれません。

    This is a standard rear PU, but many people seem to like the sound when distorted, and it has been a hot seller for a long time.

  • フェンダーカスタムショップ製ストラトキャスターのナット交換・フレットすり合わせ・セレクター交換・コンデンサ交換です。

    中古購入との事ですが状態が悪いです。また素人改造されている様子です。

    トーンが効かない状態ですが開けてみると付いてるコンデンサの数値が違う事からトーンが殆ど効かない様な状態でした。
    恐らく元から3Wayが付いたモデルと思いますが、ハーフトーンが使用できる様に5Wayへ交換しました。

    ネック全体のウネリが大きく音が詰まり気味な箇所、ナットが死にかけでしたのでナット交換とフレットすり合わせを行いました。

    状態は悪かったですがトラスロッドに余り量が多い良好個体です。

  • Ibanez GB-10 ナット交換＆フレットすり合わせ＆ポット交換

  • アイバニーズ製GB-10のナット交換・フレットすり合わせ・ポット交換です。

    各所の消耗が大きく状態が悪いです。

    ナットで音詰まり箇所、フレット減りで音詰まり箇所がある状態です。
    ポットは固着で回らない所があります。

    内部をチェックすると古い年代製でトグルスイッチが特殊な構造で、しかも大きな穴に丸いゴム板に固定された特殊な構造で交換できるトグルが無くトグルスイッチ以外は交換する事となりました。
    一応はミニスイッチタイプのトグルは高さがあり使えますがノブの色が異なってきます。お客様と相談の上、そのままとなりました。

    ナットを交換しフレットすり合わせを行う事で問題無く弾ける状態になりました。

    固着したポット等も新品に交換し問題無く使用できる事となりました。

    This is an Ibanez GB-10 nut replacement, fret grind and pot replacement.

    It is in poor condition with significant wear and tear in various areas.

  • バーニー製レスポールカスタムの配線直しです。

    トグルが故障してリア・センターの音が出ない状態です。

    また配線が素人改造されておりPUの位相が逆、触っただけで配線が取れるハンダ付けの甘さと配線系の状態が悪いです。

    壊れたトグルスイッチの交換と、明らかに酷いハンダ付け箇所を直して問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

    基本的に中古で購入したら交換できるパーツは交換していた方が良いです。
    電装パーツは素人が作業して異常が起きている事が多い為、基本は交換しておかないと大体は大事な時に限ってトラブルが起きてしまいます。

    This is a rewiring of a Barney Les Paul Custom.

    The toggle is broken and there is no rear center sound.

    Also, the wiring has been modified by an amateur, the PU phase is reversed, and the wiring is poorly soldered, with wires coming off just by touching it.

    We were able to replace the broken toggle switch and fix the obviously bad soldering points to finish it up to a problem-free condition.

    Basically, if you buy a used model, it is better to replace parts that can be replaced.
    Because electrical parts are often worked on by amateurs and abnormalities often occur, if the basics are not replaced, trouble will usually occur only when it is important.

  • ディングウォール製アフターバーナーのフレットすり合わせです。

    音詰まり箇所があり、ネックのウネリが発生している様子です。

    すり合わせ後にチェックしてみるとネックが柔らかく、弦を張るとかなり大きく反る状態です。
    こうしたネックが柔らかい個体は長く使用する上で強度が無いので状態が悪くなるのも早く長持ちはしない事でしょう。

    すり合わせ自体を行う際もトラスロッドが殆ど100％状態で仕上がりましたが、弦を張るとかなり大きく反るので調整してみるとそれだけでトラスロッド限界となります。

    音詰まりは無くなり弦高を低く調整できました。

    This is a fret grinder for a Dingwall afterburner.

    There is a sound jamming point and the neck appears to be swell.

    The neck is soft and warps significantly when the strings are stretched.
    A soft neck like this is not strong enough to be used for a long time, so it will deteriorate quickly and will not last for a long time.

    The truss rod was almost at 100% when the neck was made, but when the strings were stretched, it warped so much that the truss rod was at its limit when adjusted.

    The sound jamming was gone and the string height could be adjusted lower.
