ギブソン製レスポールスペシャルの配線直し・セットアップです。

リアボリュームポットにガリで音が出なくなる状態と、ジャックが消耗で抜け易い状態です。

大きく順反りで弦高が非常に高い状態でまともに使用するのは難しいでしょう。

ポットとジャックを交換しセットアップする事で弾き易く問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

ジャック等は消耗が一番大きいパーツですので、抜けてくる位にスカスカになってきましたら流石に使用限界を超えています。
電装パーツは基本ガリが出てきたら交換するパーツですので、ガリが出たタイミングで交換しましょう。

Repair and setup for a Gibson Les Paul Special.

The rear volume pot had a crackling noise that cut out sound, and the jack was worn out and loose.

With significant bowing and extremely high string action, it was difficult to play properly.

By replacing the pots and jack and performing a setup, we restored it to a playable condition with no issues.

Jacks are among the most wear-prone parts. If they become loose enough to pop out, they’ve clearly exceeded their usable limit.
Electrical components are generally replaced when they start crackling, so replace them when you hear that crackling sound.
