アイバニーズ製RGのPU交換・セットアップです。

PUは自分でも勧めているGOTOH製HB-Distortionに交換です。

名前的に高出力なパワー型PUに思いがちですが音のバランスが良く癖も無いので扱い易いPUです。

フロントは元の音を太くパワーを上げた感じでブーミーにならないクリアなフロントサウンド、リアはパワーと音抜けのバランスがよく、リアとしてのサウンドバランスが良いです。

PUの高さによってもキャラクターが素直に変わっていくので、自分好みに調整もし易いです。

低価格帯でも音が良いPUはいくつも存在するので、わざわざ高額なピックアップを購入する必要も無いと思います。

This is a pickup replacement and setup for an Ibanez RG.

The pickups were replaced with GOTOH HB-Distortion models, which I personally recommend.

While the name might suggest high-output power pickups, they actually offer excellent tonal balance with no harshness, making them very easy to handle.

The front pickup thickens the original tone while boosting power, delivering a clear front sound without becoming boomy. The rear pickup strikes a good balance between power and projection, offering excellent sound balance for a rear pickup.

The character changes naturally with pickup height, making it easy to adjust to your personal preference.

There are many good-sounding pickups available even in the lower price range, so I don’t think it’s necessary to go out of your way to buy expensive pickups.
