オームスビー製GTR7のセレクター交換です。

フロントに切り替えると音が出なくなるとの事です。

高額なモデルですが元々付いている電装パーツが安物で、かなり多様している事から消耗で接点不良になっている様子です。

セレクターを新品に交換し問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

基本的に電装パーツは消耗品なので、最低限の品質の物が付いている必要にがあります。
安物は耐久性がありませんので付いていたら基本は交換すべき部分です。

Replacement of the selector switch on an Ohmusby GTR7.

The customer reported no sound when switching to the front position.

Although it’s a high-end model, the original electrical components are cheap and have been used extensively, likely causing contact failure due to wear.

We replaced the selector with a new one and restored it to perfect working order.

Electrical components are essentially consumables, so they need to be of at least basic quality.
Cheap parts lack durability, so if they’re installed, they should generally be replaced.
