PRS SE製カスタム24のナット溝切り調整・コイルタップ増設です。

太い弦を張ってドロップB仕様へ、ナット溝を広げる為に溝切り調整を行いました。
ダウンチューニングには必須の改造です。

コイルタップを行う為にトーンポットをスイッチポットへ交換して増設しました。
4芯使用PUであればコイルタップを増設するのは簡単なので、ポットをスイッチポットに交換すれば簡単にコイルタップができる様に改造可能です。

ハイゲインでも音がハッキリしてて良い分離感があるサウンドです。
ダウンチューニングは音が太過ぎるサウンド傾向になると分離が悪くなる為、あえて出力を落としたりハイゲインに充分に対応するPUに交換する等の対策が必要です。

This is a nut groove cut adjustment and coil tap addition for a PRS SE Custom 24.

We have made a groove cut adjustment to widen the nut groove for a drop B specification with thicker strings.
This is an essential modification for down tuning.

The tone pot was replaced with a switch pot to add coil taps.
If it is a 4-core PU, it is easy to add a coil tap, so it can be easily modified to enable coil tapping by replacing the pot with a switch pot.

Even at high gain, the sound is clear and has a good separation.
Down-tuning tends to make the sound too fat, and the separation becomes worse, so it is necessary to take measures such as reducing the output or replacing it with a PU that can handle high gain well enough.
