スクワイヤー製テレキャスターのナット溝切り調整・フレットすり合わせ・セレクター交換・ジャック交換です。

トラスロッド限界＋順反りしている状態でかなり弾き難い状態です。
弦を張りっぱなしにしていればどの様なギターもこの様な状態になります。

トラスロッドが効く範囲は「有限」ですので、トラスロッドが使用できない限界状態から順反りしてしまうと調整で直せなくなります。
よくある素人の勘違いとして「トラスロッドを交換すれば良い」等と今でも言う人が居るのですが知識を改めて下さい。
トラスロッド本体が悪いのではなくネック（木材）が変形して悪い状態になっているので、仮にトラスロッドを簡単に交換できたとしても状態は良くなりません。

ネックが柔らかくチューニングすると大きく順反りする様子です。
近年は木材が柔らかいので寿命が短いです。
簡単に順反りし易い強度なので基本は長持ちしません。
新品でも近年は最初からトラスロッドに余裕が少ない状態で販売されていたり最初から限界だったりする事も多くなってきてます。

フレット各所の消耗を削る他にもローポジション・ハイポジションを多めに削りフレットのラインをストレートにしつつトラスロッドの余り量を回復させる削り方で弾き易い状態に仕上げる事ができました。
付いてるフレットが大きい事もあり対処できました。

基本的にはこの様な状態にならない様に日々のケアが大事になってきます。
基本的な保管方法、弦を緩めて保管するは必ず守りましょう。

電装系の不具合もパーツ交換で問題無い状態に直しました。
セレクターが特殊な配線でハムバッカーPUの音を拾う箇所を変更できる配線になっています。

This is a Squier Telecaster with nut groove cut adjustment, fret adjustment, selector replacement, and jack replacement.

The truss rod is at its limit and the fretboard is warped in the forward direction, making it very difficult to play.
Any guitar can be in this condition if the strings are left taut.

The range in which the truss rod is effective is “finite,” so if the guitar is warped from the limit where the truss rod cannot be used, it cannot be fixed by adjustment.
Some amateurs still say “just replace the truss rod” as a common misconception, but please correct their knowledge.
The truss rod itself is not bad, but the neck (wood) is deformed and in bad condition, so even if the truss rod could be replaced easily, the condition would not improve.

The neck is soft and when it is tuned, the neck bends forward greatly.
In recent years, the wood is softer and has a shorter life span.
The strength of the wood is such that it easily warps forward, so it basically won’t last long.
Even new guitars are often sold with little room in the truss rod from the start, or are at the limit from the beginning.

In addition to shaving off the wear and tear from the frets, we were able to shave off more frets in the low and high positions to straighten the fret line and restore the truss rod margin, making it easier to play.
We were able to deal with the fact that the frets on the fretboard are large.

Basically, daily care is important to avoid this kind of condition.
Basic storage and keeping the strings loose should always be observed.

The electrical problems were also fixed by replacing parts.
The selector is wired in a special way to change where the humbucker PU picks up the sound.

スクワイヤー製ラスカルの配線直し・セットアップです。

かなり珍しいワイドレンジハムバッカー搭載ベースになります。

音が太く良い低音が鳴りますがノーマル時はもっさり感が強いサウンドです。

音を良くする為に電装を全て交換する内容になりました。

PUは良い物が付いていますが低価格帯ですのでコントロール系は安物パーツです。
これらを交換するだけでも音質UPが見込めます。

フロントは深い柔らかさあるアコースティックサウンドになり、リアは太さもあり音の輪郭もあるバランスが良い音になりました。

このモデルは非常に良く、低価格帯で買った方が良いレベルのモデルです。

とても低価格に思えない音と弾き易さなので、これは誰に紹介しても文句は言われないでしょう。

This is a Squier Rascal rewired and setup.

This bass guitar is equipped with a wide-range humbucker, which is quite rare.

The sound is fat and has a nice bass sound, but the sound is very slow when it is normal.

The PU is a good one, but the controls are cheap parts since it is in the low price range.

コンポーネントギターのネック組み込みです。

ワーモス製ネックをスクワイヤー製ボディへ組み込み依頼です。

購入したばかりのネックだが大きく順反りしている状態、ネックを真っ直ぐにするだけでもトラスロッドを半分以上は使う状態です。
どうしても製作したばかりのネックは動く可能性があり、大体は順反りします。
理想は長年放置し、安定した状態が良いネックを組み込んだ方が良いですが普通はそこまで待てません。
組んだ後で状態が悪く変形していく事も多いので、最低でも半年～1年は放置して様子見した上で使用した方が良いです。

またワーモスネックをボディに組み込みの際は基本的に手直しは必須になります。

ペグを付ける為にペグ穴空けやテンションピン穴空け、ジョイントビスの穴空けはもちろんナットの仕上げやフレットすり合わせ＆サイド処理が必要です。
この辺りのコストも考えないと、思っているよりも高価になる事もあるので気を付けましょう。

組み込み後は音が良い個体となりました。
ローステッドは低音が出る？傾向でマイルド傾向です。
決してローステッドだから良いという訳ではないので注意が必要ですが、今ですら「ローステッドは反らない」と言ってるバカが居るので信じない様にしましょう。
日本で使用するなら塗装は必須、ローステッドも近年はむしろ状態が悪い物が多いので通常のネックと同じく扱わないと痛い目を見ると思います。

ネックがマイルド傾向なのでボディが軽くジャキジャキした物とバランスが良いかもしれないです。

フロントはフルアコの様なサウンドでリアは硬く無く太いサウンドで理想的です。
むしろフェンダー系よりもギブソン寄りな音で驚きでした。

ローステッドは逆に鳴らない傾向に思うので、軽く響きが高域寄りの軽いボディとの組み合わせが良いかもしれないです。

Neck assembly of a component guitar.

This is a request to build a neck made by Warmoth into a body made by Squire.

The neck was just purchased, but it has a large forward warp, and more than half of the truss rod is used just to straighten the neck.
Inevitably, a freshly made neck has the potential to move and will generally warp forward.
Ideally, it is better to assemble a neck that has been left for many years and is in good, stable condition, but usually it is not possible to wait that long.
It is better to leave the neck for at least half a year to a year to check the condition before using it, as it often deforms after assembly.

In addition, when a warmoth neck is assembled into the body, it is basically necessary to rework it.

In order to install pegs, it is necessary to drill peg holes, tension pin holes, and joint screw holes, as well as to finish the nut, and to grind the fret board and side treatment.
Be aware that the cost may be more expensive than you think if you don’t consider the cost of this area.

After installation, the sound is good.
The rostered tends to have a bass sound. It tends to be mild.
However, there are idiots who say “Roasted does not warp” even now, so don’t believe them.
If you want to use it in Japan, you need to paint it, and since many low-studs are in rather poor condition in recent years, you will be hurt if you don’t treat it like a normal neck.

Since the neck tends to be mild, it may be better balanced with a light and jerky body.

The front sound is like a full acoustic, and the rear is fat without being hard, which is ideal.
I was surprised that it sounded more like a Gibson than a Fender.

I think that rostered guitars tend not to sound as good, so it might be better to use a lighter body with a lighter resonance closer to the high end of the range.

音が出ない時があるとの事です。
大きなネック順反りで弦高が高くかなり弾き難い状態です。

調整でトラスロッド限界となりました。

弾き易く音も良い個体です。
音が柔らかくギラギラし過ぎないので通常のジャズマスターよりも扱い易いです。

スクワイヤーは意外にも音が良い個体が多いので、下手なフェンダー製品よりも良かったりするかもしれません。
低価格帯であり気軽に使える事もあり、それでいて音も良かったら猶更現場での傷や汚れを気にせず扱い易いです。

スクワイヤー製ストラトキャスターのフレットすり合わせです。

Eシリアルの国産時期のモデルです。

フレット状態が悪く音詰まり箇所・チョーキングで音詰まり、ハイ起き気味でかなり状態が悪いです。
ただ年代を考えたらこれ位の状態が普通です。
古い年代＝状態が悪い事が当然なので、中古で購入する際には状態に期待しない方が良いです。

古い年代は80～90年代でも高額で売れる様になり、状態等は平気でウソを付いて販売する所も多いです。
楽器店や楽器業者も素人が多いので、ウソを付いてなくても状態等の判断ができない人が売っている事も多いので要注意です。

フレットをすり合わせ問題が無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

順反りで弾き難い状態です。

トラスロッドが回してもあまり効かない様子で、こうした個体も珍しくなく全然多いですが必要以上に多く回さないといけないので実際にトラスロッドに余裕が多くても効きが悪いので実質トラスロッドに余裕が無い状態と同じになります。

だから私が昔からYoutubeやブログでも言っている様に回して確認しないといけませんし、販売側もこれら状態を提示しないとダメです。
トラスロッドに余裕があっても安心はできません。

音が良く、ノーマルにしてはフロントの音がかなり良い個体です。

スクワイヤー等の低価格帯モデルでも音質が良い個体は沢山あるので、メーカーや値段で楽器を決めない方が良いです。
