フェンダージャパン製ストラトキャスター、エリッククラプトンモデルのPU交換・セットアップです。
レースセンサーから交換です。
クラプトンモデルだがブースターが外され通常のストラトキャスター回路になっている状態です。PUはフェンダー製Fat50に交換です。
交換後は音が硬め、ヴィンテージサウンドというよりはモダン系に近い様な音になりました。
というよりもレースセンサーが良過ぎる事もあるので、比較となると中々これより良い音になるのは難しいかもしれません。
むしろシングルコイルPU交換にレースセンサーを選ぶパターンも多いと思います。
エリッククラプトンも何故にこのPUの使用を辞めたのか謎な位です。ありがとうございました♪
This is a PU replacement and setup for a Fender Japan Stratocaster, Eric Clapton model.
This is a replacement from a race sensor.
Clapton model with the booster removed and in normal Stratocaster circuit.The PU was replaced with a Fender Fat50.
After the replacement, the sound became harder and more like a modern sound rather than a vintage sound.
The sound of the Race Sensor is too good, so it may be difficult to get a better sound than this one.
I think there are many people who choose the Race Sensor as a single coil PU replacement.
It is a mystery why Eric Clapton quit using this PU.Thank you very much.
