    ウリエル製ベイビーベースの配線直し・フレット部分すり合わせ・セットアップです。

    音が詰まる箇所があり、全体的にフレット状態は悪いが1箇所だけフレット浮きで音詰まる箇所がありました。
    ここは部分的なすり合わせで対処し、音詰まりが起こらない状態に仕上げました。

    PUを増設し、元のプリアンプに挿すコネクタにPUを配線して付けました。

    低価格帯と思いますがプリアンプは音が良く扱い易いと思います。

    取り付け位置は弾きながら決めるとの事で、マスキングテープで一時的に固定した状態となってます。
    またPUの厚みからネック寄りにすると弦を押さえた際にPU本体にぶつかってしまうので、その辺りもどこまで位置決めに制限が出てくるかも弾きながら判断した方が良いでしょう。

    This is a rewiring, fret leveling, and setup of a Uriel Baby Bass.

    There were some areas where the sound was muffled, and overall the frets were in poor condition, but there was only one area where the fret was loose and causing the sound to muffle.
    We addressed this with partial leveling and finished it so that the sound would no longer be muffled.

    We added a PU and wired it to the connector that plugs into the original preamp.

    Although it is a low-priced model, I think the preamp has good sound quality and is easy to use.

    The installation position was decided while playing, and it is temporarily fixed with masking tape.
    Additionally, due to the thickness of the pickup, if it is positioned too close to the neck, it may collide with the pickup body when pressing the strings, so it is advisable to determine the position while playing to avoid such issues.

  • フェンダーUSA製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・フレットすり合わせです。

    電装パーツをPU以外全交換、フレット消耗が凄くすり合わせで修正しました。

    またトラスロッドの余裕少ない状態です。

    古いモデルは基本的に状態が悪い事が多いので中古で購入する際も注意が必要ですがナットやフレット、電装パーツは交換でいくらでも直す事ができます。

    消耗が大きい箇所があっても中古品は当然とも言えるので、どこが簡単に直せる箇所と直せない箇所か把握していればそこまで購入の選択に失敗しないと思います。

    アトリエZ製ベータ4カスタムの配線直し・セットアップです。

    今回はプリアンプ交換にて、ハンプバックエンジニアリング2×2に交換です。

    こちらはベースの内臓プリアンプでも低価格ですがポット等は付属しませんので用意する必要があります。

    本体のみ約2万円のモデルですがこれは非常に良いサウンドと自由度があってお勧めできます。

    プリアンプ本体に各種スイッチとコントロールがあり、ベーシストの好みに合わせ易い構造となってます。

    どうしても好みの帯域が人それぞれあり、扱い易さも皆異なる事から本当に100％気に入るプリアンプは存在しないと思います。

    そうした意味でこのモデルは自分好みにカスタマイズできる点が非常にポイントが高いプリアンプです。

    また基盤内にミドルのフリーケンシーも搭載し、ミドルの周波数帯も幅広くコントロールできる仕様です。

    難点を付けるなら専用ポットが付属してほしい所です。
    例えばこのフリーケンシーの半固定調整部分は表に出して使いたいのですがポットの抵抗値が500kΩで、ミドルのポットは50kΩ。
    ミドルを2軸ポット（上がミドルで下がミドルフリーケンシー）にして使いたいですが上が50ｋΩで下が500ｋΩの2連ポットは市販品に無い等で、そうしたパーツが付属していたら完璧でした。
    またトレブル・ミドルのポット抵抗値が50ｋΩでベース100ｋΩの為、50ｋΩの2連ポットでトレブル／ベースで揃えられない事もあり（一応繋ぐ事自体は可能だが）より専用ポットが付いてて欲しいよねと感じる仕様です。

    このポット抵抗値の仕様から今回の配線は50ｋΩの2連ポットはトレブル／ミドルでベースが独立した配線になっています。

    音質は好みに合わせてスイッチ等でコントロールでき、EQの効きも扱い易いので現時点では値段も考えるとベース内蔵プリアンプで一番良いと思います。
    今後は専用ポットを付属したモデルに代わってくれたら完璧なのですが。

    This is a rewiring and setup of a Beta 4 Custom made by Atelier Z.

    This time we are replacing the preamp with a Humpback Engineering 2×2.

    This is a low-priced pre-amp for a bass guitar, but it does not come with pots, etc., so you will need to provide your own.

    This is a model that costs about 20,000 yen for the main unit only, but we can recommend it for its very good sound and flexibility.

    The preamp itself has various switches and controls that can be easily adjusted to the bassist’s preference.

    Everyone has their own preferred bandwidth, and everyone’s ease of use is different, so I don’t think there is a preamp that you can truly be 100% satisfied with.

    In this sense, this model is a very high point preamplifier that can be customized to your liking.

    It also has a middle frequency range that can be controlled by the middle frequency range.

    If there is a drawback, I would like to see a dedicated pot included.
    For example, I would like to use the semi-fixed adjustment part of the frequencies, but the resistance value of the pot is 500kΩ and the pot of the middle is 50kΩ.
    I would like to use the middle as a dual axis pot (top is middle and bottom is middle frequencies), but there are no dual pots on the market with 50kΩ on top and 500kΩ on bottom, etc. It would be perfect if such parts were included.
    Also, the pot resistance of the treble and middle pots is 50kΩ and 100kΩ for the bass, so it is not possible to use two 50kΩ pots for the treble and bass (although it is possible to connect them), and it would be nice to have a dedicated pot.

    The 50kΩ pots are wired for treble/middle and bass independent of each other.

    The sound quality can be controlled by switches, etc. according to your preference, and the EQ is easy to handle, so at this point, considering the price, I think this is the best preamp with a built-in bass.
    It would be perfect if you could replace it with a model that comes with a dedicated pot.

    エドワーズ製レスポールの配線直し・セットアップです。

    PUをベアナックル製Painkillerに交換されております。

    音がバリバリとしてるのでクリーンは難しそうで、ディマジオの何かしらのモデルに音が似ている気がします。

    歪ませると音が綺麗に抜けてくるので歪み用のPUという印象でした。

    お客様の要望でベアナックル製ポット550ｋΩに交換しました。
    こちらは通常の500ｋΩポットが50ｋΩ程度大きな数値になっていますが、正直ノーマルのＣＴＳより良さは感じません。
    大きな音で鳴らすと高域が伸びるのかもしれませんが、普段の音量では正直お金を出して交換するレベルの差は感じませんでした。

    ポットのΩ数が大きくなると高域が強くなる為、例えばジャガーやジャズマスターは1MΩ（1000ｋΩ）をストラト等の250ｋΩに交換するだけでも音がかなり落ち着きます。
    こうした音色のカスタムにアレンジする事はお勧めです。

    This is a rewiring and setup of an Edwards Les Paul.

    The PU has been replaced with a Bare Knuckle Painkiller.

    The sound is very crisp, so it is difficult to play clean, and it sounds like some kind of DiMaggio model.

    When distorted, the sound comes out beautifully, so I had the impression that it was a PU for distortion.

    At the customer’s request, we replaced the pot with a bare-knuckle 550k ohm pot.
    This pot is about 50k ohms larger than the normal 500k ohm pot, but to be honest, I don’t feel it is better than the normal CTS.
    The high frequency range may be extended when played loudly, but I honestly did not feel the difference at the level of paying money to replace the pot at normal volume.

    The larger the ohm number of the pot, the stronger the high frequency range becomes, so for example, just replacing 1M ohm (1000k ohm) for Jaguar and Jazzmaster with 250k ohm for Strat and so on, the sound will be much calmer.
    Arranging for such tone customization is recommended.

  • フェルナンデス製TEJ-95S、布袋寅泰モデルの配線直し・ノイズ対策処理・セットアップです。

    ノイズが多いとの事でノイズ対策処理、基盤以外の電装パーツを全て交換しました。

    古いモデルはどうしてもパーツ本体の消耗や、サスティナーの方は保証対象外となりますがエフェクターの基盤を搭載している様なギターですのでノイズ対策をしていないとノイズに弱い構造になっていると思います。

    トラスロッド限界ですが状態も酷くは無いので弾く分には問題無さそうです。
    またお客様の方から弦高を標準よりも高めに調整希望でした。

    布袋寅泰モデルはリアのハムバッカーPUを反転して付けているとの事らしく、その仕様にしてほしいとの事で反対になっています。
    リアはセイモアダンカンSH-4が付いていますが、布袋寅泰本人も逆にして付けているそうです。

    Fernandez TEJ-95S, Hotei model, rewiring, noise suppression treatment and setup.

    The noise was too high, so we replaced all the electrical parts except for the noise suppression and the circuit board.

    The old model is not covered by warranty, but it is a guitar with an effects pedal, so it is vulnerable to noise unless noise countermeasures are taken.

    The truss rod is at its limit, but the condition is not too bad, so there seems to be no problem playing it.
    Also, the customer wanted to adjust the string height higher than the standard.

    The rear humbucker PU is inverted on the Hotei model, and the customer wanted us to make it that way, so we have done the opposite.
    The rear is equipped with a Seymour Duncan SH-4, but Torayasu Hotei himself also has it reversed.

  • エドワーズ製ホライゾンの配線直しです。

    お客様の配線ミスで配線内部がぐちゃぐちゃな状態です。

    要望でボリュームポットのみをEMGの25ｋ、ステレオジャックに交換しました。

    パッシブ回路からアクティブ回路に交換する際は基本的にPU切り替えスイッチ以外は全て交換する必要があります。

    今回の場合だとボリュームポットがパッシブのまま500kΩだったりモノラルジャックだったりとミスがありました。

    トーン無し1Ｖｏ仕様にしてるとの事なので必要な部品だけを交換し配線をやり直しました。

    ＥＭＧは優秀なパーツですので今でも愛好家は多いですが、組み込む際には仕様変更になる注意が必要です。

    This is a rewiring of an Edwards Horizon.

    The inside of the wiring is messed up due to a wiring error by the customer.

    We replaced only the volume pot with an EMG 25k, stereo jack as requested.

    When replacing a passive circuit to an active circuit, basically everything needs to be replaced except for the PU switch.

    In this case, the volume pot was still passive with 500k ohms and a mono jack, so there were some mistakes.

    Since the guitar is designed to be 1Vo without tone, I replaced only the necessary parts and rewired.

    EMG is an excellent part, and there are still many enthusiasts, but you need to be careful when incorporating it, as the specifications have changed.

  • フェンダーUSA製70年代プレシジョンベースのPU本体修理・配線直し・ジョイントビス穴修正・セットアップです。

    リアPUが本体のハンダ箇所でコイル断線しており音が出ません。
    ダメ元で切れたコイルを解いてみた所、上手く解けてくれたので繋げ直し、音が出る様になりました。

    PUも正直消耗品です。非常に細いコイルでPUは作られるので衝撃等で切れる事もあるので、古い年代製は当然ながら壊れている事も珍しくありません。

    ジャックが接触不良で音が途切れるので新品に交換しました。

    ネックジョイントビス穴2箇所がガバガバだったので修正しました。

    ややハイ起き気味ですが音詰まりは無く（弦高を低めは無理）使用には問題無さそうです。

    音が良く個体としては良さげです。

    This is a Fender USA 70’s Precision bass with PU body repair, rewiring, joint screw hole correction and setup.

    The rear PU had a coil disconnection at the solder point on the body, and no sound was coming out.
    I tried to unravel the broken coil and it unraveled well, so I reconnected it and the sound came out.

    To be honest, the PU is also a consumable item. Since PUs are made with very thin coils, they can be broken by shocks, etc. It is not unusual for old PUs to be broken.

    The jack has been replaced with a new one due to poor contact and loss of sound.

    The two screw holes in the neck joint were loose, so they have been fixed.

    The sound is a little high, but it is not clogged (it is impossible to lower the string height) and it looks fine for use.

    The sound is good and it looks good as an individual.

    レイドバック製テレキャスターのナット溝切り調整・配線直し・セットアップです。

    ベアナックル製ザ・ボスに交換です。
    音はテレキャスターの基本形の様なサウンドで原点的、特に大きなキャラクター変化を感じないので個性の強いPUでは無さそうです。

    中古購入との事ですが最初からトラスロッドが殆ど限界状態、調整でトラスロッド限界となりました。

    10-52弦を使用、溝に入らなくなるので溝切りが必要になります。
    またナット溝の状態が高い所や極端に低い所があるのでかなり弾き易い状態です。
    溝切りし整える事で弾き易くなりましたが最初から極端に低い所は寿命の意味で長生きしません。

    配線が特殊でトーンに付いたミニスイッチでハムバッカーサウンドが出せるので通常のテレキャスターとは違う音を出す事が可能です。

    Nut groove cut adjustment, rewiring and setup of a Laidback Telecaster.

    Replaced with a Bare Knuckle The Boss.
    The sound is like a basic Telecaster sound.

    The truss rod was almost at the limit from the beginning, and it was adjusted to the truss rod limit.

    It is necessary to cut the groove because the 10-52 string is used and it will not fit in the groove.
    Also, the nut groove has some high spots and some extremely low spots, so it is very easy to play.
    The groove cutting has made it easier to play, but the extremely low groove from the beginning will not last long in terms of longevity.

    The wiring is special and the mini-switch on the tone can produce a humbucker sound, which is different from a normal Telecaster.

  • エピフォン製レスポールカスタムの配線直しです。

    お客様の方で接続ミスされている状態です。またブリッジアース線が短く切られ接続されていたりと不具合があります。

    EMGはコネクタで簡単に接続できる様に思いそうですがセレクターの配線やアース線等の接続は手作業で行わないといけないので、いきなり初心者がやる作業としてはミスが起こり易いです。

    コネクタも表と裏とでどちらでも挿せるのでミスが起こり易いです。
    片方に突起がある等して付くようにしか付かない仕様にすればコネクタの接続ミスも起こりませんがメーカーが不親切です。

    ミスの箇所を修正し問題無く音が出せる状態になりました。

    This is a rewiring of an Epiphone Les Paul Custom.

    The customer has made a connection error. Also, the bridge ground wire was cut short and connected.

    It seems that EMG can be easily connected with connectors, but wiring of selector and connection of ground wire have to be done by hand, so it is easy to make mistakes for beginners.

    However, it is easy to make a mistake as a beginner because the connectors can be inserted from either the front or the back.
    If the connector has a protrusion on one side so that it can only be attached in the way that it is supposed to be attached, connector connection errors would not occur, but the manufacturer is not very kind.

    I fixed the mistake and now I can play the sound without any problem.

  • グレコ製レスポールの配線直しです。

    お客様の方で全体の配線をミスしており修正する形です。

    ディマジオのDP260・DP261が付いています。

    音が明るくはっきりしたサウンドで磁力が落ちた様な古い年代製の音がする雰囲気を再現しています。
    ディマジオは昔から優秀で低価格なPUを販売していて世界で一番売れているPUメーカーだそうですが日本では何故かダンカンの方が主流な様に見れます。

    配線はお客様の要望でセンターでフェイズアウトサウンドになる様に配線しております。

    フェイズアウトサウンドはムスタング等のスイッチで出す事ができますが余程の特殊なサウンドを出したい限りは使用しない音と思いますのが要望があれば配線可能です。

    This is a rewiring of a Greco Les Paul.

    The customer made a mistake in the overall wiring and we are correcting it.

    It has a DiMaggio DP260 and DP261.

    The sound is bright and clear and has the feel of an older model with a less magnetized sound.
    DiMaggio has always sold excellent and low-priced PUs and is said to be the best-selling PU manufacturer in the world, but for some reason Duncan seems to be more mainstream in Japan.

    The wiring was done by customer’s request so that the phase out sound is produced at the center.

    The phase out sound can be produced with a switch on a mustang, but it is not used unless you want to produce a very special sound, but it can be wired if requested.
