サドウスキー製メトロラインスタンダードの配線直し・セットアップです。

電装がガリでスイッチ以外は交換しました。

音のレンジが広くモダン系ベースとして優秀メーカーらしい万能さがあります。

古い年代製だがトラスロッドの余り量も多く状態が良い個体です。

サドウスキーのベースは現代でも定番のベースとなっておりますが弾き易く音もタイトで綺麗に鳴ってくれるのでどのジャンルでも扱い易いサウンドと思います。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Sadowski Metroline Standard.

The electrics were replaced except for the switches.

It has a wide range of sound and has the versatility of an excellent modern bass maker.

Although it was made in the olden days, it is in good condition with plenty of truss rod left.

Sadowsky basses are still the standard today, but this one is easy to play and the sound is tight and clean, making it easy to play in any genre.

Bunny レスポールカスタム配線直し

バーニー製レスポールカスタムの配線直しです。

トグルが故障してリア・センターの音が出ない状態です。

また配線が素人改造されておりPUの位相が逆、触っただけで配線が取れるハンダ付けの甘さと配線系の状態が悪いです。

壊れたトグルスイッチの交換と、明らかに酷いハンダ付け箇所を直して問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

基本的に中古で購入したら交換できるパーツは交換していた方が良いです。
電装パーツは素人が作業して異常が起きている事が多い為、基本は交換しておかないと大体は大事な時に限ってトラブルが起きてしまいます。

This is a rewiring of a Barney Les Paul Custom.

The toggle is broken and there is no rear center sound.

Also, the wiring has been modified by an amateur, the PU phase is reversed, and the wiring is poorly soldered, with wires coming off just by touching it.

We were able to replace the broken toggle switch and fix the obviously bad soldering points to finish it up to a problem-free condition.

Basically, if you buy a used model, it is better to replace parts that can be replaced.
Because electrical parts are often worked on by amateurs and abnormalities often occur, if the basics are not replaced, trouble will usually occur only when it is important.

Mayones JABBA SPECIAL 配線直し

メイワンズ（マヨネーズ）製JABBAの配線直しです。

断線で音が出ない状態です。

内部を確認してみるとポット等のナットが緩んで回転しており、内部で複数断線箇所があります。
またジャックにガリがあるので新品に交換しました。

内部はかなり配線が短くパツパツ状態なのでより切れ易い状態になってます。
配線は短い程に音が良い様に思いますが内部配線ではそこまで変わらない事と、むしろこの様なトラブルの方が怖いのでたわみがある位の余裕は配線にあった方が良いです。
ポットが少し回転しただけで切れる様な状態は良い配線状態と言い切れません。
もしくは太い配線材を使用し簡単に切れない様にするかポットが固定できる様に爪が引っ掛かる加工をする等の工夫がメーカーに必要です。

音が良い個体で弦高低めでもしっかり低音が鳴るベースです。

素直で効きが良いプリアンプなので音作りもし易く音質面でも有利な個体です。

This is a rewiring of a JABBA made by Maywans (Mayonnaise).

It is disconnected and no sound is coming out.

When we checked the inside, we found that the pots and other nuts were loose and rotating, and there were multiple disconnected parts inside.
There is also some galling in the jack, so we replaced it with a new one.

The wiring inside is very short and tight, so it is easy to break.
The shorter the wiring, the better the sound, but the internal wiring does not change that much, and we are more afraid of this kind of trouble.
If the wiring is cut when the pot is rotated slightly, it cannot be said to be in good condition.
The manufacturer should use thicker wiring material so that it cannot be easily broken, or use some other device such as a claw hook so that the pot can be secured.

This bass has a good sound and the bass sound is strong even at low string height.

The preamp is straightforward and effective, so it is easy to create a sound and has an advantage in terms of sound quality.

フェンダーメキシコ製ジャズベースのセットアップ・配線直しです。

大きく順反りしている事とハイ起きしています。

調整でトラスロッド限界、ハイポジションで音詰まりが起きていますが一応は弾けるレベルの弦高にはできました。

弦を張りっぱなしにしていればこの様な状態になります。
よく言われる「トラスロッドの力でネック反りはバランスしているので緩めない方が良い」とか言うバカがリペアマンでも沢山居るのですが、ロッドの力が効かないハイポジション等はこの様に起き上がって状態が悪くなる訳です。
バランスできてたとしてもそれはトラスロッドが一番効く中心部のみをピンポイントで言った様な言葉であり、木材も全ての箇所が一定の強度でない事や弦の張力バランスが違うので捻じれる様な力が加わってる所にトラスロッドの力だけで反りをバランスさせるのはあくまで一時的な物であり常にバランスする事は不可能です。
そもそも本当に張りっぱなしで大丈夫ならこの様に状態が悪い個体は存在しなくなります。
特にハイ起き等は湿気・乾燥で反った等の言い訳は通用しない箇所です。
ネックの波打ち等も同様に同じ事が言えて、木材は強度が一定でない不安定な物なので硬い所は反らないし柔らかい所は反る事から反りが不均一に変化し波打ちしていきます。

世の中には状態が悪い物の方が割合として多いです。
そもそも木材が充分に耐えれる強度以上の弦張力を掛けて使用する道具なので無理がある構造をしています。
その証拠に弦を張れば順反りする事が分かるはずで、この時点で木材強度が弦張力に負けています。
その状態からトラスロッドを効かせて反りを真っ直ぐにするのですが、ネック全体に均等にトラスロッドの力が加わって反りを直している訳では無くネックの一部にトラスロッドが一番効く箇所に強い力が掛かって反りが調整されているのであってネック全体として見たらバランスはしていません。トラスロッドはそんな都合が良い物ではないです。
だから単純な順反りだけでなく全体を見れば波打ちしていきます。この個体は分かり易くハイ起きにプラスして順反りなのでネックの真っ直ぐ精度はかなり悪い状態になっています。
木材の強度も年々低下しているので新品でもトラスロッドに余裕が無い・既に限界状態の物が多いのも木材自体に強度が無い事が理由です。
弦を張りっぱなしで良いとするのなら弦張力に耐えれる余裕がかなりある位の強度が木材に必要です。
昔あったモジュラスですら反るのですから、人工物で湿気乾燥にも強く強度も木材より高く全体的に均一な品質で安定したカーボンですら反るのだから答えは80年代で既に出ています。

トーンの配線が間違っているので直し効く様になりました。
全体的に配線が雑で素人作業されていました。

ハイポジションは音詰まりするので実質そこは使えない箇所ですがミドルポジション辺りまでは不都合無く弾くことは可能です。
この様な状態にならない為にも弾かない時は弦を緩めて物理的な負荷を与えない事が重要になります。

This is a setup and rewiring of a Fender Mexican Jazz Bass.

The bass has a large forward bow and is high.

The truss rod is at its limit and the strings are stuck in the high position, but I was able to get the string height to a playable level.

This is what happens when the strings are left taut.
There are many repairmen who say that the neck warp is balanced by the truss rod force and that it is better not to loosen the truss rod.
Even if it is balanced, it is only a pinpoint statement for the center where the truss rod works best, and it is impossible to balance the warp only by the truss rod force, because the wood is not all at the same strength and the tension balance of the strings is different. It is impossible to always balance it.
If it were really safe to leave the tension on, there would be no such a bad condition.
The high end of the neck, in particular, is a place where excuses such as warping due to humidity or dryness are not acceptable.
The same thing can be said for the waviness of the neck. Since wood is unstable and its strength is not constant, the hard parts do not warp and the soft parts warp, resulting in uneven warping and waviness.

There are more items in poor condition in the world as a percentage of the total.
The structure of the instrument is unreasonable because it is used by applying more string tension than the wood is strong enough to withstand.
The proof of this is that when the strings are stretched, you can see that the wood warps in the forward direction, and at this point, the strength of the wood has been defeated by the tension of the strings.
However, the truss rod force is not applied evenly to the entire neck to straighten the warp, but rather a part of the neck where the truss rod is most effective is subjected to strong force to adjust the warp. The truss rod is not balanced when viewed as a whole neck. The truss rod is not such a convenient thing.
Therefore, if you look at the whole neck, you will see not only a simple forward warp, but also a ripple. This particular neck is not straight enough because of the high upswing and the forward warp.
The strength of the wood is also decreasing year by year, so there is no room in the truss rod even if it is new, and the wood itself is not strong enough.
If you want to leave the strings on, the wood needs to be strong enough to withstand the tension of the strings.
The answer was already found in the 80’s, because even the modulus that used to be made in the past warped, and even carbon, a man-made material that is resistant to moisture and drying, has higher strength than wood, and is of uniform and stable quality throughout, also warped.

The wiring of the tones is wrong, so it can be fixed.
Overall, the wiring was messy and was done by an amateur.

The high position is virtually unusable because it clogs up the sound, but it is possible to play up to the middle position without any inconvenience.
To avoid this situation, it is important to loosen the strings when not playing to avoid physical stress.

Fender Mexico ストラトキャスター配線直し＆ノイズ対策処理＆セットアップ

フェンダーメキシコ製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・ノイズ対策処理・セットアップです。

珍しい仕様モデルです。

ノイズが大きいとの事で持ち込まれました。

内部にノイズ対策塗料が塗られているがフロント箇所のみで塗りも雑な状態です。

配線も雑でパーツ全交換とノイズ対策処理を行いました。

リペア後は音が良くて驚きました。
フロントはテレキャスターよりも音が大きく太めで分離も良く、テレキャスターのフロントよりも良いサウンドです。
リアはワイドレンジハムバッカーの様な物と思いきや、通常のハムバッカーの硬い所や中低域の太さが緩和されバランスが良い。クリーンでも響きが良かったです。

フレットの消耗が全体的に大きいので、次はフレットすり合わせ等がお勧めな状態です。

This is a Fender Mexican Stratocaster rewired, treated for noise and setup.

This is a rare model.

It was brought to us because of high noise.

The inside of the guitar is coated with anti-noise paint, but it is only on the front part and the paint is also in a messy condition.

The wiring was also messy, so we replaced all the parts and did the noise suppression treatment.

After the repair, I was surprised that the sound was good.
The front has a louder, fatter sound with better separation than the Telecaster’s front.
The rear sounded like a wide-range humbucker, and the hard parts and fatness of the midrange and low end of a normal humbucker were mitigated and balanced well. It sounded good even on clean.

The frets are generally worn out, so next time fret grindings, etc. are recommended.

SCHECTER E-1 APOCALYPSE 配線直し＆セットアップ

シェクター製アポカリプスの配線直し＆セットアップです。

配線改良にてセレクターを手前にしたい・真ん中をボリュームに、トーンとコイルタップはカット（ダミーポット）で配線する内容です。

中身は配線も無駄に長くパツパツ状態です。
特にパーツ交換無しで元のパーツをそのまま使用し位置変更しました。

フレット状態が悪いですが大きな音詰まりはしない状態です。
シェクター製も韓国製からインドネシア製に変わって良くはなりましたが一部クオリティに上下がある印象なので買う際に細かくチェックしたいポイントです。

付いてるPUがディマジオのOEM？なのか、歪みが非常に良いサウンドです。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Schecter Apocalypse.

The wiring has been modified to put the selector in the front, the volume in the middle, and the tone and coil tap are cut (dummy pot).

The wiring is long and tight.
The original parts were used and repositioned without replacing any parts in particular.

The frets are in bad condition, but there is no loud clogging.
The Schecter made in Korea is now made in Indonesia, and the quality is better, but I have the impression that there are some differences in the quality.

The distortion sound is very good.

フェンダージャパン製スウィンガーの配線直しです。

音が出ないとの事で持ち込まれました。
お客様の要望で持ち込みのポットに交換しました。

アース不良個所を直し音が出る状態になりました。

お客様の要望で配線のみの修理となります。
こちらでは配線のみの修理も行っておりますが基本調整まで行わない作業は全て保証無しとなりますのでご注意下さい。
理由は正しい状態で音をチェックしていないからになります。
作業を全て最後まで任せて頂かないと状態が把握できないのでご注意下さい。
安く済ませようとすると支障が出ますので、この辺りの条件に問題が無い様子であれば対応可能です。

Squier by Fender スクワイヤーエレキベース Paranormal Rascal Bass HH　配線直し＆セットアップ

スクワイヤー製ラスカルの配線直し・セットアップです。

かなり珍しいワイドレンジハムバッカー搭載ベースになります。

音が太く良い低音が鳴りますがノーマル時はもっさり感が強いサウンドです。

音を良くする為に電装を全て交換する内容になりました。

PUは良い物が付いていますが低価格帯ですのでコントロール系は安物パーツです。
これらを交換するだけでも音質UPが見込めます。

フロントは深い柔らかさあるアコースティックサウンドになり、リアは太さもあり音の輪郭もあるバランスが良い音になりました。

このモデルは非常に良く、低価格帯で買った方が良いレベルのモデルです。

とても低価格に思えない音と弾き易さなので、これは誰に紹介しても文句は言われないでしょう。

This is a Squier Rascal rewired and setup.

This bass guitar is equipped with a wide-range humbucker, which is quite rare.

The sound is fat and has a nice bass sound, but the sound is very slow when it is normal.

All electrical components have been replaced to improve the sound.

The PU is a good one, but the controls are cheap parts since it is in the low price range.
Just by replacing these parts, the sound quality can be expected to improve.

The front end now has a deep, soft acoustic sound, and the rear end has a fat, well-proportioned sound.

This model is very good and is at a level where it is better to buy at the lower price point.

The sound and playability does not seem very low priced, so I will not complain to anyone I introduce this to.

コンポーネントギターストラトキャスター配線直し Musikraftネック＋FenderJAPANボディ Seymour Duncan STK-1 SH-4

ネックはミュージクラフト、ボディはフェンダージャパンのバスウッドボディのコンポーネントギター、ラッカー塗装にリフィニッシュされたモデルの配線直しです。

今回は特殊な配線とPU交換です。

PUはSTK-S1、SH-4、古い年代製のセイモアダンカン製です。
現行品と明らかに音が違うので、ダンカンは入手できるなら古い年代製の方が音が良いです。

各PUのシリーズ／パラレル切り替えスイッチ、内部配線にDemeter製MB-2を搭載。
MB-2はブースター、ブースターのON・OFFも可能な仕様です。

フロントのブレンダー配線によりテレキャスターの様な配線状態も再現できる状態で、かなり多機能なギターとなりました。

ここまで配線を複雑にしてしまうと大体は音が悪くなってくるのですがこちらはそんな事もなく音の芯が強くクリアなサウンドです。
配線が複雑になると音が細く引っ込む様な音になり易いので、音質に関してはシンプルに近い程に音が良くなる傾向ですが当時のＰＵは音の信号が強い様な印象があります。

STK-S1というのも調べて出てこないので正確には不明ですが、ケース付き2段スタックPUでも音はクリアのローゲインPUです。
リアのSH-4は現行品と違い音の嫌味が無くバランスが良いサウンドです。
現行品は明らか音が良くなくなり、昔と印象が大きく異なるサウンド傾向です。

ブースターとして搭載してあるMB-2が良い塩梅で音量アップ感が良く、フロント・センターの音量も持ち上げて使う等すれば各ポジションの音も非常に良い個体となりました。

複雑な配線でここまで全体的に良い結果になる珍しい例ですが、それには良い素材（昔のPUや現行品でも良いPU）をベースにしっかり正しく配線された結果と思います。

配線のハンダ付けは確実に音に影響がある大事な要素なので、こうした複雑な回路はハンダ箇所も多くなるので仕上がった際のサウンドに大きな影響があるので要注意です。

This is a rewiring of a model with a Musicraft neck and Fender Japan basswood body component guitar, refinished in lacquer.

This time it is special wiring and PU replacement.

The PUs are STK-S1 and SH-4, old vintage Seymour Duncan.
The sound is obviously different from the current model, and the older vintage Duncan’s sound better if you can get them.

Series/parallel switch for each PU, and a Demeter MB-2 for internal wiring.
The MB-2 is a booster and booster can be turned on and off.

The blender wiring on the front allows for a Telecaster-like wiring state to be reproduced, making this guitar quite multifunctional.

When wiring is made this complicated, the sound usually deteriorates, but this is not the case with this guitar, and the core of the sound is strong and clear.
When the wiring is complicated, the sound tends to become thin and tucked away, so the simpler the wiring is, the better the sound quality tends to be.

The STK-S1 is also unknown exactly because I could not find it, but it is a low gain PU with a clear sound even though it is a 2-stage stacked PU with a case.
The rear SH-4 has a balanced sound without sounding obnoxious, unlike the current product.
The current model is obviously not as good sounding and has a very different sound trend from the old one.

The MB-2, which is installed as a booster, has a good volume up feeling, and if you raise the front and center volume, etc., the sound of each position is very good.

This is a rare example of a complicated wiring that produces such a good overall result, but I believe it is the result of using good materials (old PUs and even current PUs that are good) as a base and wiring them correctly and securely.

The soldering of the wiring is an important element that definitely affects the sound, so please note that such a complex circuit has many soldering points, which will have a great impact on the finished sound.

Gibson EB-2 配線直し＆ネック折れリペア

ギブソン製EB-2の配線直し・ネック折れリペアです。

音が出なくなる時があるとの事で交換と修正を行いました。

ネック折れしてるが普通にチューニングし弾けるレベルの割れでした。
ネック折れは折れ方次第で作業可能か不可か、接着のみで直るのか様々ですが折れたら早く直す事が共通です。
割れ箇所が変形してしまうと接着が困難になっていきます。

オクターブビスが固着している・4弦側の取付位置が大きくズレている（4弦側オクターブがかなり低い）状態です。
ギブソンの製造精度が出ている様な個体ですね。
サドルが単体で動かせるモデルでも大きくズレて付いている事も現行品であり、高額なモデルでもそうした個体があったりしますので要注意です。
チューンOマチックの取付位置がズレているとオクターブが合わない不具合が出てきます。そうした個体は楽器ではないので返品案件です。

接着後は問題無い状態になり音も安定して出せる状態になりました。
オクターブが大きく狂ってはいるのですが、この辺りはヴィンテージ精度でもあるので大掛かりなリペアを行うのも考え物です。
ブリッジの位置修正は元の穴を埋めて新たな位置に空け直す事となりますが、その埋めた箇所が見える状態になります。
ヴィンテージ楽器自体の価値を下げる事にもなるので、ヴィンテージ楽器は基本的に状態が悪く現代に使用する道具としては難しい個体も多いので嗜好品です。

This is a Gibson EB-2 rewiring and neck break repair.

Replaced and fixed the problem with the sound sometimes going out of tune.

The neck was broken, but the crack was at a level where the guitar can be tuned and played normally.
Depending on how the neck is broken, it may or may not be repairable, or it may be repairable only by gluing it back together.
If the crack is deformed, it will be difficult to glue it back together.

The octave screws are sticking, and the mounting position of the 4th string side is greatly misaligned (the octave of the 4th string side is very low).
This is an example of Gibson’s manufacturing precision.
Even if the saddle can be moved independently, it is possible for the current model to have a large misalignment, and even some of the more expensive models have such a misalignment.
If the tuning-o-matic is not in the correct position, the octave may not match. Such pieces are not musical instruments and should be returned.

After gluing, there is no problem and the sound is now stable.
Although the octave is not quite correct, it is not a good idea to do a major repair because of the vintage accuracy of this area.
To correct the position of the bridge, we have to fill the original hole and re-position it, but the filled hole will be visible.
Vintage instruments are basically in poor condition and are difficult to use as a tool in modern times, so they are a luxury item.
