    サー製Modernのポット交換・ジャック交換・ブリッジサドル修正です。

    サドルで弦が切れ易いとの事ですがサドル上面が傷だらけで凄い消耗です。
    基本は交換するのですが、こちらに全サイズのサドルを用意している訳ではありませんので使用するスケジュールが多いアーティストの場合は削って対処しています。
    当然ながら加工する方が割高ですので交換がお勧めです。

    ポット・ジャックにガリがある状態を新品交換で直しました。

    PUカバーが消耗し過ぎで1弦が引っ掛かるとの事。新しいカバーに交換で対処しました。こちらも凄い消耗です。

    音が良く弾き易いモデルです。

    弾き込まれた個体は音が良いので、ボロボロな物程に音が良い物が多いのは確かです。
    V70の音が良いのでサーで付いている物は珍しい？かは不明ですがお勧めPUです。

    Pot replacement, jack replacement, and bridge saddle modification on a Sir-made Modern.

    The saddle is very worn and scratched on the top surface of the saddle.
    Basically, we replace the saddle, but we do not have saddles of all sizes, so we shave the saddle for artists who use it on a frequent schedule.
    Naturally, it is more expensive to modify the saddle, so replacement is recommended.

    The pot jacks were repaired by replacing them with new ones.

    The PU cover was too worn out and the first string was caught. We replaced it with a new cover. It is also very worn out.

    This model has a good sound and is easy to play.

    It is true that many of the more battered ones have a better sound.
    The sound of the V70 is so good that it is rare to find one with a sir? I am not sure if it is rare or not, but I recommend this PU.

  • フェンダーメキシコ製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・セットアップです。

    ネックが90年代メキシコ製、ボディが80年代フェンダーUSAの仕様との事です。

    PUがエリックジョンソンモデルの様子、コンデンサにダイレクトロンを搭載しております。

    仕様も豪華に改造されており音が良く、分離が良くハーフトーンの音も綺麗な個体です。

    ストラトはネックやボディを簡単に交換でき、パーツも豊富にあるので自分好みに改造し易いギターと言えます。

    メキシコ製だろうがUSA製だろうが音は正直関係無く、大事な事は個体差なので触って音が良かったネックとボディを見つけて組み合わせると良いストラトが組みあがります。

    This is a Fender Mexican Stratocaster rewired and setup.

    The neck is 90’s Mexican and the body is 80’s Fender USA specs.

    The PU looks to be an Eric Johnson model, and the condenser has a Directron.

    The specs have been gorgeously modified and the sound is good, with good separation and a beautiful halftone sound.

    Strat guitars are easy to modify to your liking because the neck and body can be easily replaced, and there are plenty of parts available.

    The important thing is to find a neck and body that sound good and combine them to make a good Strat.

  • ヤマハ製SFX-1の配線直し・セットアップです。

    ブースター搭載のモデルで音が急に小さく鳴ったりする様子です。

    元のジャック配線が（黒アース・白が電池アース・赤がホット線）でややこしい配線となっております。

    配線をお客様の要望でブースターを外し1Vo仕様に変更しました。

    中古品で購入されたとの事ですが間違ったビスが付いている箇所があり、木ネジが使われててビス山が壊れている箇所があります。
    中古品は前オーナーの素人イジリで壊れている事も多いので、現在は入手できないパーツ等に破損が起こっていると厄介です。

    歪ませると音が太くレンジが広い、ディマジオのモデルにある様なサウンドでした。

    トラスロッドが限界近いので弾いた後は弦を緩め保管していないと将来的に厳しい状態です。

    This is a rewiring and setup of a Yamaha SFX-1.

    It is a model with a booster and the sound suddenly becomes quiet.

    The original jack wiring (black ground, white battery ground, and red hot wire) is complicated.

    We changed the wiring to 1Vo specification by removing the booster at the customer’s request.

    The screws are used wood screws, and the screw threads are broken.
    Used instruments are often damaged due to amateur tinkering by the previous owner, so it is troublesome if parts that are not currently available are damaged.

    When distorted, the sound is fat and has a wide range, like a DiMaggio model.

    The truss rod is near its limit, so after playing it, you need to loosen the strings and store it, otherwise it will be in a tough condition in the future.

  • フェルナンデス製Zo-3の配線直し・セットアップです。

    音が出ない状態で基盤が破損している様子、エフェクトの操作不能状態で電源は基盤まで来てはいますがここまで来たらこちらではお手上げです。

    PUからの配線をボリュームに直結し、スピーカー無し状態で音が出せる状態にしました。
    使用する際も特に本体スピーカーで使用していないとの事でしたので相談の上、アンプから音が出せる様に通常のギターの様な状態に改良しました。

    エフェクト内蔵モデルは内部基盤も複雑で、その近くにはスピーカー（磁力）があるので基盤も何かしら影響で壊れるのかもしれません。

    This is a rewiring and setup of a Fernandez Zo-3.

    The sound was not coming out, the board was damaged, the effects were inoperable, and the power supply had reached the board, but we could not help at this point.

    We connected the wiring from the PU directly to the volume control and made it possible to play sound without speakers.
    We also discussed with the owner that he does not use the guitar with its own speakers, so we modified the guitar to sound like a normal guitar so that it can be played through an amp.

    The model with built-in effects has a complicated internal circuit board, and there is a speaker (magnetic force) nearby, so the board may be damaged in some way.

  • Rickenbacker 4003 PU断線修理

  • リッケンバッカー製4003のPU断線修理です。

    リアPUの音が出ないとの事で持ち込まれました。

    リアPUを外してみると断線が起きていたので修正すると音が出る様になりました。

    リッケンバッカー自体の精度が悪い為、PUに付いてる配線状態が元から酷いのでこれは起き易い症状とも言えます。

    基本はそういうメーカーを買って使用する事でもあるのでメーカーの責任は全て使用者が取らないといけません。そんな商品です。
    トラブルが多いと思いますが壊れる箇所は決まってトラスロッド折れか配線系と思いますので、中古品も購入時に知らないと大損するメーカーでもあります。

    This is a Rickenbacker 4003 PU disconnection repair.

    The customer brought in a Rickenbacker 4003 with no sound coming out of the rear PU.

    When we removed the rear PU, we found that there was a broken wire, so we fixed it and now the sound comes out.

    This is a symptom that is easy to happen because the wiring on the PU is terrible because of the poor precision of the Rickenbacker itself.

    The basic rule is to buy and use such a manufacturer, so the user must take all the responsibility for the manufacturer. This is such a product.
    I think there are a lot of troubles, but the broken part is always a broken truss rod or wiring system, so it is also a manufacturer that you can lose a lot of money if you don’t know when you buy used products.

  • Ibanez Axion Label RG631ALF ナット溝切り調整＆セットアップ＆配線直し

  • アイバニーズ製アクシオンレーベルのナット溝切り調整・セットアップ・配線直しです。

    11-56弦でドロップC仕様に変更と、付いているフィッシュマンＰＵにコイルタップ配線、ON-OFF-ONを使用しコイルタップ（インサイド・アウトサイド）改造の内容です。
    配線は相談の上ネットで調べて出てきた配線にて行う形となりました。
    またトーンにスイッチポットを増設しボイス2へ切り替え機能を移動（元はスイッチで行えたのを今回のスイッチポットに移動）しました。
    元のスイッチ箇所には増設したコイルタップ機能となります。

    フィッシュマンPUはコイルタップを増設すると音色のバリエーションが増えるので使用用途がしっかりしていれば活用できます。
    PUのイン・アウトの場所違いコイルタップも正直大きな差はありませんが音が柔らかい・硬いのニュアンスになります。
    変化として大きくはありませんがフィッシュマンで出力を押さえたサウンドが出せるので意外と思っていたよりも良いコイルタップ音です。

    This is a nut groove cut adjustment, setup and rewiring of an Ibanez Axiom Label.

    The wiring was changed to 11-56 strings with drop C specs, coil tap wiring for the attached Fishman PU, and coil tap (inside/outside) modification using ON-OFF-ON.
    The wiring was done after consulting with the owner and using wiring found on the internet.
    A switch pot was added to the tone and the switching function was moved to voice 2 (originally done with a switch, but now moved to this switch pot).
    The original switch pot now has a coil tap function.

    The Fishman PU can be used for a wider variety of tones by adding coil taps, so if the intended use of the PU is solid, it can be utilized.
    To be honest, there is not a big difference between the in/out PU location and the coil tap, but the sound will be softer or harder.
    It is not a big change, but it is a surprisingly better coil tap sound than I expected because I can get a sound with the output held down by the Fishman.

    トーカイ製プレシジョンベースのPU交換・ノイズ対策処理です。

    PUはヴァンザント製ヴィンテージプラスに交換です。

    ノイズ処理塗料をザグリ内に塗る加工になります。
    ノイズ対策を行えばパッシブでもノイズに強い効果を得られますが反対に高域を削る結果となります。
    ノイズには強くなりますが音質と言う意味では劣化する事になります。

    ピックガード裏にはモントルーのピックガード用の大きいアルミテープを貼ってより対策しております。

    Youtube動画でも紹介したモデルですが加工前・加工後の状態が見れますので確認下さい。

    PU replacement and noise reduction treatment for Tokai Precision Bass.

    The PU is replaced with a Van Zandt Vintage Plus.

    Noise treatment paint is applied to the inside of the counterweight.
    Noise suppression will give a strong effect against noise even with a passive bass, but on the contrary, it will result in the reduction of the high frequency range.
    Although it is more resistant to noise, the sound quality will be degraded.

    We put a large aluminum tape for Montreux pickguard on the back of the pickguard to prevent this problem.

  • アイバニーズ製AR100のセットアップ・配線直しです。

    音がまともに出ない状態です。
    古い年代製である事から電装系は使い物にならない状態です。
    電装系を全て交換しました。

    トラスロッドの余裕が少ないですがまだまだ使用できる状態です。
    PUのポールピースが固着で回らない箇所がありました。

    パワーが大きいPUで見た目よりも歪み寄りに特化したギターです。

    This is a setup and rewiring of an Ibanez AR100.

    The sound does not come out properly.
    The electrical system is unusable due to the old age of the instrument.
    All the electrical components have been replaced.

    The truss rod has a little room, but it is still usable.
    The pole piece of the PU is stuck and cannot be rotated.

    The PU has a lot of power and is more specialized for distortion than it looks.

  • ミュージックマン製スティングレイの配線直し・セットアップです。

    お客様の要望でパッシブ仕様へ変更です。

    またナイロン弦を張って調整です。

    大きく順反りして弾き難い状態、ネックが柔らかい様子です。
    普通の弦だったらトラスロッド限界か、ロッド限界状態でも順反りしていたかもしれないです。

    音が柔らかいサウンドに変化しました。

    ナイロン弦を使用している事もありますが音にアコースティック感を持たせたい時にお勧めです。

    This is a rewiring and setup of a Musicman Stingray.

    Passive specification was changed at the customer’s request.

    Nylon strings were put on and adjusted.

    The neck is soft and hard to play.
    If it had been normal strings, it might have been warped at the limit of the truss rod or even at the limit of the rod.

    The sound has changed to a softer sound.

    I recommend it when you want to have an acoustic feel to the sound, which is sometimes the case with nylon strings.

  • エドワーズ製キングVの配線直しです。

    確認してみると配線が間違っている状態です。

    ジャックがガリにより交換、ポットも交換しました。
    配線の間違いを直す事で問題無い状態へ修正しました。

    音が良く歪みのノリも良いモデルです。
    意外と変形ギターで弾き難いだけで音は良かったりする事もあります。
    フライングV等も弾いてみると音が良かったりする事も多いので、弾いて確認してみないと分からないものです。

    This is a rewiring of an Edwards King V.

    Checked and found that the wiring is incorrect.

    The jack has been replaced due to galling, and the pot has also been replaced.
    By fixing the wiring error, it was corrected to the condition where there is no problem.

    This model has a good sound and good distortion.
    It is surprising that sometimes a deformed guitar is hard to play but the sound is good.
    Flying V and other guitars often sound good when you play them, so you never know unless you play them and check them out.
