トーカイ製プレシジョンベースの配線直し・セットアップです。

安物の電装パーツを全て交換しました。
十万円台のベースですが中身は安物パーツが組まれております。

新品だが大きな順反り状態で弾き難い状態です。
ただトラスロッドがよく効くので、調整後でも余り量も多めでした。
フェンダー系等はトラスロッドの効きがこうした国産と比べかなり範囲が狭い為、すぐにトラスロッド限界状態になっていきます。

配線交換後は音が太過ぎず細過ぎずバランスが良いサウンドになりました。

安物パーツは音が細くなる傾向にあるので、これが劣化の無い素の音になるかと思います。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Tokai Precision bass.

All cheap electrical parts have been replaced.
This bass is in the 100,000 yen range, but the inside is made of cheap parts.

It is a new bass, but it is hard to play because of the big warp.
However, the truss rod works well, so even after adjustment, there was a lot of leftover.
The truss rod of Fenders has a much narrower range of effectiveness than that of these domestic instruments, so the truss rod will soon reach its limit.

After the wiring was replaced, the sound was not too thick nor too thin, but well balanced.

Cheap parts tend to make the sound thinner, so I think this will be the true sound without any deterioration.

GRANDY レスポールカスタム配線直し＆セットアップ

グランディー製レスポールの配線直し・セットアップです。

正確にはTOKAI製の様子です。

EMGに交換されている様ですが音が変という状態です。

内部をチェックするとジャックの消耗、セレクター部分でノイズ対策塗料を塗ってるのにセレクター端子が壁に触れている様な状態でした。

ノイズ対策がされていると、壁等はマイナス端子となります。
つまりパーツのプラス端子が触れてしまうとショートし音が出なくなります。
パーツ等の回転して壁に触れてしまう様な個所には予めテープ等を貼って端子を絶縁しておくとトラブルを回避できます。

弦高が高く弾き難い状態を調整し弾き易く仕上げました。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Les Paul made by Grundy.

To be precise, it looks like it was made by TOKAI.

It was replaced with an EMG, but the sound was strange.

When we checked the inside, we found that the jack was worn out and the selector terminal was touching the wall even though the selector part was coated with anti-noise paint.

When noise suppression paint is applied, the wall is a negative terminal.
In other words, if the positive terminal of the part touches the wall, it will short-circuit and no sound will come out.
To avoid this problem, tape or otherwise insulate the terminals in advance in places where they might rotate and touch the wall.

The high string height made it difficult to play, but we adjusted the strings to make it easier to play.

コンポーネントギター配線直し＆セットアップ Byrdland kids guitar

コンポーネントギターの配線直し・セットアップです。

お客様が組んだギターにて、ネックはバードランド製・ボディはキッズギター製との事です。

配線ハンダ付けが良くないので全体修正とジャックプレートをビス止め式に交換しました。

音が硬くタイトなサウンドです。
アッシュ系等はギター弦だと鳴らし難い材に思うので、雑味が出ない硬いクリア傾向に寄る事が多いです。
見た目とは違いモダン系として扱うと良いギターと思います。

This is a component guitar rewiring and setup.

The guitar was built by a customer. The neck is made by Birdland and the body is made by Kid’s Guitar.

The wiring soldering was not good, so we fixed the whole wiring and replaced the jack plate with a screw type.

The sound is hard and tight.
I think ash is a difficult material to play with guitar strings, so I often lean toward a hard, clear tone that does not sound cloying.
I think it is a good guitar if you treat it as a modern type unlike the way it looks.

FenderUSA ストラトキャスター配線直し＆セットアップ Seymour Duncan SSL-1 SSL-5

フェンダーUSA製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・セットアップです。

フロント・センターにSSL-1、リアにSSL-5に交換されております。

お客様が交換作業をして音がおかしいとの事で持ち込まれましたが、配線を失敗している状態です。

配線を直し音を出してみると良いサウンドです。

ダンカン製シングルコイルは優秀で、低価格で買えるPUの中でもお勧めできるモデルが多いですが近年は値上がりでその手軽に音を良くする手段として難しくなってきています。
SSL-1も音が良くて3年程度前までならサウンドハウスで1個6980円等で販売されていた事もありました。
シングルコイルならまずSSL-1に交換して、その音からダンカンのカタログを参考に別PUに交換する等すると結構ハマります。
ダンカンのカタログは結構PUの説明精度が高いです。

This is a Fender USA Stratocaster rewired and setup.

It has been replaced with an SSL-1 front and center and an SSL-5 rear.

The customer brought it in because the sound was not right after the replacement work, but the wiring had failed.

After rewiring and trying the sound, it sounds good.

The Duncan single coils are excellent, and there are many models among the low-priced PUs available that I can recommend, but in recent years the price has gone up and it has become more difficult to find an easy way to improve the sound.
The SSL-1 also has a good sound, and up until about 3 years ago, it could be found at Soundhouse for 6980 yen per unit.
If you want to use a single coil, you should first replace it with an SSL-1, and from the sound of the SSL-1, you can change to another PU by referring to Duncan’s catalog.
Duncan’s catalog is quite accurate in explaining PUs.

Squier MUSTANG 配線直し＆セットアップ

スクワイヤー製ムスタングの配線直し・セットアップです。

音が出ない時があるとの事で持ち込まれました。
この機会に電装パーツを全て新品に交換しました。

またお客様持ち込みにてフロントPUをディマジオ製の物に交換しました。

中古品を買う際や電装に変な改造がされていると使用していてトラブルが発生する可能性が出てきます。
中古品を購入時や下手にイジって自信が無い状態であれば全て新品に交換しておく事が無難です。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Squier Mustang.

It was brought in because the sound sometimes did not come out.
We took this opportunity to replace all the electrical parts with new ones.

We also replaced the front PU with a DiMaggio one, which was brought in by the customer.

When buying used equipment or if the electrical components have been modified in a strange way, there is a possibility that problems may occur while using the equipment.
When buying a used product or if you are not confident about the condition of the product, it is safe to replace all the parts with new ones.

MTD 535-24 配線直し

MTD 535-24の配線直しです。

過去に他店リペアショップにて配線修理されたとの事で、アクティブ仕様での音がおかしいのですがお店では「こんなものですよ」と言われてそのままの状態との事です。

内部をチェックしてみると非常に驚きな状態で、よくこの不具合が分からずに渡せたなと疑うレベルでした。
恐らくこの仕事レベルですから、様々な人に迷惑を掛けている事でしょう。

音がおかしい原因はとても簡単で、18V仕様なのですが電池のプラスとマイナスを繋げている個所を何故かアースに落としている謎な状態となっています。

写真で分かり難いかもしれませんが電池を2連結し18V配線仕様のモデルとなっていますが電池の＋と－で結線されている所を何故か銅テープ（アース箇所）にハンダ付けしていてショートしている状態、ショートするので電池が発熱する状態です。
電池が発熱するのですぐに電池が無くなります。これはどう考えても分かるレベルのはずなんですけどね。

いろいろネットを調べて当店を見つけたそうで、状態としては上記の様な形なので簡単に直した後は特に問題無しです。
予約時間一杯まで音を出し続けて動作チェックしましたが特に問題はありませんでした。

EQもよく効き音が良いモデルです。
これをこんな不具合でずっと使用せずに放置していたのは非常に勿体無いですね。

This is a rewiring of MTD 535-24.

The wiring had been repaired at another repair store in the past, and although the sound was strange in active specs, the store said “this is just the way it is” and left it as it was.

When we checked the inside, it was in a very surprising state, and we doubted how they could have given it to us without knowing about the problem.
This level of work is probably causing trouble to many people.

The cause of the strange sound is very simple. It is an 18V model, but for some reason, the part connecting the positive and negative of the battery is somehow grounded.

It may be difficult to understand in the picture, but the model is wired for 18V by connecting two batteries, but for some reason the place where the + and – of the battery are connected is soldered to copper tape (grounding point), causing a short circuit, and because of the short circuit, the battery generates heat.
Since the battery generates heat, it runs out of power quickly. The sound is also strange, so I should be able to figure this out.

The condition of the battery is as described above, so after a simple fix, there is no problem.
We checked the operation by playing the sound continuously until the appointment time was full and found no problem.

The EQ works well and it is a good sounding model.
It is a great shame to have left this unused for so long with such a problem.

Heritage レスポール配線直し＆セットアップ

ヘリテイジ製レスポールの配線直し・セットアップです。

ギブソンよりもギブソン、ギブソンを購入されるならヘリテイジを購入する事をお勧めします。

1Vo1Toに配線変更依頼です。
お客様持ち込みエキゾチックのスムースボリュームに交換しました。

ＰＵがベアナックルのミュールが付いているそうです。
こちらの個体は音が綺麗で国産のギターの様な繊細な響きをします。

調整してみるとトラスロッドの余り量が元から少なく、残り180°程度しか回せない状態でした。
調整してみたらトラスロッドが限界状態です。

中古品は購入時にトラスロッドの余り量を確認した上で購入しないといけません。
楽器屋等も将来どうなるか？まで考えて販売しておりません。
今の現在でトラブルが起きていないならトラスロッドに余裕が少ない・限界状態だったとしても平気で表記無く販売しています。

弦を張る以上は基本順反りしますので、その際に調整できる余裕が充分に無いと長持ちできません。

高額な楽器程、長く使い続ける為にもトラスロッドの余り量を確認させた上で購入する様にしましょう。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Heritage Les Paul.

If you are buying a Gibson or Gibson over Gibson, we recommend you buy Heritage.

This is a rewiring request to 1Vo1To.
Replaced with a customer brought exotic smooth volume.

The PU has a bare knuckle mule on it.
This unit has a beautiful sound and it sounds delicate like a domestic guitar.

When we adjusted the truss rod, we found that the amount of truss rod left was originally small, and it could only be turned about 180 degrees.
After adjustment, the truss rod is at its limit.

When purchasing a used instrument, you need to check the amount of truss rod remaining before buying it.
Musical instrument stores do not consider what will happen to the instrument in the future. If there are no problems at the present time, then there is no need to buy a used instrument.
If there is no trouble at the present time, they are not concerned if the truss rod has little room or is at the limit of its capacity, and they sell it without any indication.

If there is not enough room to adjust the truss rod in such a case, the instrument will not last for a long time.

The more expensive the instrument is, the more you should make sure you have enough truss rod to last a long time before you buy it.

コンポーネントギター電池BOX増設＆セットアップ EMG X

コンポーネントギターの電池BOX増設・セットアップです。

ミュージクラフトネックにMJTボディで以前組み込んだ物になります。

今回はEMGに交換する内容で、背面に電池ＢＯＸのザグリを入れてＥＳＰ製電池ＢＯＸを増設しました。

ＥＭＧは現行品でも優秀で、ローノイズで音質が良い事からシングルコイルを搭載しているストラトキャスター等で威力を発揮します。

ノイズ対策をすると音が悪くなるのは知っていると思いますが、パッシブでノイズをカットするにも限度があります。
音を悪くしてまでノイズ対策する位ならEMGに交換した方が絶対に音が良いままノイズ対策をする事ができます。

以前はトラスロッド限界でやや順反りだったが、使用後に弦をダルダルにする事を実行してくれてて少し逆反り、ネックをストレートに調整できたがトラスロッド限界状態です。

トラスロッドが限界でも弦をダルダルに緩めて保管していればトラスロッドが逆反りさせる力を残した状態で保管する事となり、この力で逆反りしてくれたらラッキーです。
逆反りすればトラスロッドを戻す事となるので、結果的に元の真っ直ぐ状態に近付く結果になります。

EMGはピッキングの反応も素直に鳴ってくれるので、ネット上で言われる程の悪さを感じません。
大体のネット情報は昔あった事を未だに更新できないまま言われ続けている事も多いので、実際に自分で触ってそのウソ情報が本当なのか？を確かめていかないと簡単に騙されます。
EMGはかなり良いPUなので、まず間違いなくEMGに対するネット情報は間違っていると言い切れます。

This is a battery box addition and setup for a component guitar.

This is a previously assembled MJT body on a Musicraft neck.

This time, we replaced it with an EMG and added an ESP battery box with a battery box counterbore on the back of the guitar.

The EMGs are excellent even in the current products, and their low noise and good sound quality are effective for Stratocasters and other instruments with single coils.

You know that noise reduction makes the sound worse, but there is a limit to how much noise you can cut with a passive system.
If you want to take noise countermeasures to the point of making the sound worse, you can definitely take noise countermeasures with a better sound by replacing it with an EMG.

The neck was a little warped before, but after using the strings, I was able to adjust the neck to be straight.

Even though the truss rod is at its limit, if the strings are loosened to the dull position and stored, the truss rod will be stored with the force that makes it warp backwards, and we will be lucky if the truss rod warps backwards with this force.
If it warps back, the truss rod will be put back in place, resulting in an almost straight original state.

The EMGs respond to picking in a straightforward manner, so I don’t feel that they are as bad as some people say on the Internet.
Most of the information on the Internet is still being told without being updated, so you have to actually touch it yourself to see if the false information is true or not. It is easy to be deceived if you don’t actually touch it yourself and check whether the false information is true or not.
EMG is a pretty good PU, so I can say without a doubt that the internet information about EMG is wrong.

Gibson レスポールスタジオフレットすり合わせ＆配線直し

ギブソン製レスポールスタジオのフレットすり合わせ・配線直しです。

フレットの消耗が大きく、電装はリアが直結（ボリュームやトーンが効かない状態）の状態です。

PUはフロントにセイモアダンカンSH-4、リアにTB-5が付いているのですがリアはミリサイズビスで無理矢理付いている事と専用エスカッションでない事からPU本体がエスカッションに高さ調整の際に引っ掛かる状態となっていました。
リアは素人作業のハンダ付けして壊してしまったからセレクターと直結した物と思われます。

フレット状態が悪いのですり合わせ、電装の素人改造された状態ですがお客様の要望で最低限の修理を行いフロントとリアを切り替えて音が出せる状態になりました。

This is a Gibson Les Paul Studio fretted and rewired.

The frets are heavily worn and the electrical system is directly connected to the rear (volume and tone do not work).

The PU is a Seymour Duncan SH-4 on the front and a TB-5 on the rear, but the rear was forcibly attached with millimeter-size screws, and because it is not a dedicated escutcheon, the PU itself was caught on the escutcheon when adjusting its height.
The rear was directly connected to the selector because it was broken by an amateur soldering job.

The fretboard was in bad condition, so it had to be adjusted, and the electrical components had been modified by an amateur.

Gibson レスポール配線直し＆セットアップ

ギブソン製レスポールの配線直し・セットアップです。

ポットにガリがあるので4つ交換しました。

大きく順反りして音詰まりまで起きている状態です。
順反りは弾き難くなるだけでなくハイポジション（12F辺りから）で音詰まりも発生してきます。

まず正しい調整状態はどの様な状態なのか？を知る事が楽器人生としても役立ちます。
弾き難い状態で弾いていると変な弾き癖が付くのでマイナス面が大きいです。

音に落ち着きがあってバランスが良いレスポールでした。

This is a Gibson Les Paul rewiring and setup.

There is some galling in the pots, so I replaced 4 of them.

The guitar is warped and clogged up.
The forward warp not only makes it difficult to play, but also clogs up the sound in the high position (from around 12F).

First of all, what is the correct state of adjustment? It is useful for the life of the instrument to know what the correct adjustment condition is.
If you play the instrument in a state that makes it difficult to play, you will develop a strange habit of playing, which is a big downside.

The Les Paul has a calm sound and good balance.
