コルドバ製C5のジャック不良修正です。

ジャックが外れたとの事ですが元に戻し難い状態との事での依頼でした。

確認してみると内部で配線がかなり短く結線され、ジャックと電池部分の配線が元から突っ張っている状態でした。

配線を張った状態にする事も良くないのですが、消耗品であるジャック等の部品を交換し易い様にしておくのもメーカーの配慮が必要です。

ジャックが消耗した際の、将来の交換のし易さも考えて配線の結線をやり直し取り付け直しました。

This is a repair for a faulty jack on a Cordova C5.

The customer reported that the jack had come loose and was difficult to reattach.

Upon inspection, we found that the internal wiring was tied together quite tightly, causing the wiring between the jack and the battery compartment to be stretched from the start.

While it is not ideal to have the wiring stretched, manufacturers should also consider making it easier to replace consumable parts such as jacks.

Considering future replacement when the jack wears out, we rewired and reinstalled it.
