FERNANDES DIGI-Zo-3 配線直し

フェルナンデス製デジゾーの配線直しです。

メルカリ？ヤフオクで買った個体との事です。

音が出ない状態で、内部をチェックしてみると素人が作業して壊した様子です。
特にメルカリはあるあるなのですが、説明文と異なり状態が酷い事が非常に多いので要注意です。

ただアンプから音が出ない事は説明にあったそうで、スピーカーから音は出ると説明文にあったそうだが実際には音はスピーカー本体からも出ていません。

内部に断線箇所があり、まず出品者の説明文がウソだった事は簡単に分かりました。

断線箇所を直してみたら音が出ました。
スピーカーとアンプ両方からも音が出る様になりました。

デジゾーは基盤さえ生きてれば直す事ができますが、基盤にトラブルがあるとこちらではお手上げです。

下手にイジられていると元に戻せない事も考えられますので、中古品は内部に手を加えられた個体は直せない事も考えて購入しないと危険です。

Repairing wiring on a Fernandes Digizo.

This unit was purchased on Mercari? Yahoo Auctions.

It wasn’t producing sound, and upon checking inside, it appears an amateur attempted repairs and damaged it.
This is especially common on Mercari—items are often in much worse condition than described, so be very careful.

However, the seller did mention that no sound was coming from the amplifier. The description stated that sound would come from the speaker, but in reality, no sound was coming from the speaker itself either.

There was a broken wire inside, so it was immediately clear that the seller’s description was false.

After repairing the broken wire, sound came out.
Sound now comes from both the speaker and the amplifier.

Digizo can be repaired as long as the circuit board is functional, but if the board itself is faulty, we’re helpless.

If it’s been tampered with carelessly, it might be impossible to restore it. When buying used items, you must consider that units with internal modifications might be irreparable, so purchasing them without this awareness is risky.

FERNANDES TEJ-95S 布袋寅泰配線直し＆ノイズ対策処理＆セットアップサスティナー

フェルナンデス製TEJ-95S、布袋寅泰モデルの配線直し・ノイズ対策処理・セットアップです。

ノイズが多いとの事でノイズ対策処理、基盤以外の電装パーツを全て交換しました。

古いモデルはどうしてもパーツ本体の消耗や、サスティナーの方は保証対象外となりますがエフェクターの基盤を搭載している様なギターですのでノイズ対策をしていないとノイズに弱い構造になっていると思います。

トラスロッド限界ですが状態も酷くは無いので弾く分には問題無さそうです。
またお客様の方から弦高を標準よりも高めに調整希望でした。

布袋寅泰モデルはリアのハムバッカーPUを反転して付けているとの事らしく、その仕様にしてほしいとの事で反対になっています。
リアはセイモアダンカンSH-4が付いていますが、布袋寅泰本人も逆にして付けているそうです。

Fernandez TEJ-95S, Hotei model, rewiring, noise suppression treatment and setup.

The noise was too high, so we replaced all the electrical parts except for the noise suppression and the circuit board.

The old model is not covered by warranty, but it is a guitar with an effects pedal, so it is vulnerable to noise unless noise countermeasures are taken.

The truss rod is at its limit, but the condition is not too bad, so there seems to be no problem playing it.
Also, the customer wanted to adjust the string height higher than the standard.

The rear humbucker PU is inverted on the Hotei model, and the customer wanted us to make it that way, so we have done the opposite.
The rear is equipped with a Seymour Duncan SH-4, but Torayasu Hotei himself also has it reversed.

FERNANDES 布袋寅泰モデル TE-95HT PU交換＆セットアップ

フェルナンデス製布袋モデルTE-95HTのPU交換・セットアップです。

布袋モデルの珍しいPUに交換しました。中々出回らず入手も難しいPUかと思います。

音の芯が強いが細い感じの音で、分離が良いですが音が硬いサウンドです。

いわゆるBOWWY時代位からの布袋サウンドの元となっているイメージ通りの音がします。
冷たい感じ・煌びやかな感じと言葉で伝えるのは難しいですがファンなら分かってもらえる音がする事でしょう。
ただしパワーも弱いのでこれはかなり弾く事が難しいと思います。
上手い人が良いサウンドになるでしょうけど、下手な人が弾けばそのままハッキリ音に出てくると思います。

This is a rare PU replacement of the Hotei model. It is very rare and hard to find.

The sound has a strong but thin core, and the separation is good, but the sound is hard.

The sound is just like the original image of the Hotei sound from the BOWWY era.
It is difficult to describe in words, but fans will understand the sound.
However, it is not very powerful, so it is quite difficult to play.
It will sound good if you are a good player, but if you are not a good player, the sound will come out clearly as it is.

フェルナンデス製Zo-3の配線直し・セットアップです。

音が出ない状態で基盤が破損している様子、エフェクトの操作不能状態で電源は基盤まで来てはいますがここまで来たらこちらではお手上げです。

PUからの配線をボリュームに直結し、スピーカー無し状態で音が出せる状態にしました。
使用する際も特に本体スピーカーで使用していないとの事でしたので相談の上、アンプから音が出せる様に通常のギターの様な状態に改良しました。

エフェクト内蔵モデルは内部基盤も複雑で、その近くにはスピーカー（磁力）があるので基盤も何かしら影響で壊れるのかもしれません。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Fernandez Zo-3.

The sound was not coming out, the board was damaged, the effects were inoperable, and the power supply had reached the board, but we could not help at this point.

We connected the wiring from the PU directly to the volume control and made it possible to play sound without speakers.
We also discussed with the owner that he does not use the guitar with its own speakers, so we modified the guitar to sound like a normal guitar so that it can be played through an amp.

The model with built-in effects has a complicated internal circuit board, and there is a speaker (magnetic force) nearby, so the board may be damaged in some way.

FERNADES FR-75 セレクター交換＆ジャック交換＆セットアップ Suhr aldrich

フェルナンデス製FR-75のセレクター交換・ジャック交換・セットアップです。

お客様の改造で電装パーツを改造しパーツが破損している状態です。

セレクターが壊れているので交換、リアPUをSuhrアルドリッチに交換、ジャックが消耗しているので交換しました。

音が80年代っぽく、歪ませた音が5150アンプを通っている様なサウンドです。

トラスロッドに余裕が無く、調整したらトラスロッド限界状態となりました。
音詰まり箇所もあり状態も悪いです。

古い国産の中でもフェルナンデス製品は精度が悪い物が多く、新品でも音が最初から詰まっている物も多かったです。

中古で手に入れる際も基本は状態が悪い物と考えて購入しましょう。

This is a Fernandez FR-75 selector replacement, jack replacement and setup.

The customer modified the electrical parts and parts are damaged.

The sound is very 80’s, and the distorted sound is like going through a 5150 amp.

The truss rod has no room, and after adjustment, the truss rod is at the limit.

Among the older domestic Fernandez products, many of them were inaccurate, and many of them had a clogged sound from the beginning, even if they were new.

FERNANDES Zo-3 ナット取り付け＆セットアップ左利き

フェルナンデス製Zo-3左利き用のナット取り付け・セットアップです。

中古購入との事ですがナットが取れている状態です。

こうしたヘッド形状だとナットに無理な横力が掛かっているので接着が甘いと外れると思います。
ただナットは消耗品なので基本的に「外し易い程度に接着する」のが本来は正しいです。
消耗品なのにナットが簡単に外せない位に接着されている方がダメです。

恐らくナットが素人交換されており、それが理由でちゃんと付いていないので取れる事とサイズが全く合っていません。
よくあるナットは全て同じサイズと勘違いして自分で交換し失敗して手放した物と思います。

遊び用ギターとの事であまりお金を掛けたくないお客様の要望からナット底面に紙を挟んで高さ調整を行い仕上げました。
本来は良くないですがお金を掛けたくない理由で要望でもある事でしたらしょうがない対処法です。

大きく順反りしており、調整にてトラスロッドが限界近い状態になりました。
ヤフオクやメルカリ中古品は状態を確認できないのでリスクも大きいので、いくら説明で良い様に書いてあっても後からいくらでも「主観」で通る話ですので要注意です。

This is a Fernandez Zo-3 left handed nut installation and setup.

The nut has been removed from the head.

The nut is not glued well because of the force exerted on it by the shape of the head, so if it is not glued well, it will come off.
However, since the nut is a consumable item, it is basically correct to “glue the nut to the extent that it is easy to remove”.
It is wrong if the nut is glued to the extent that it cannot be easily removed even though it is a consumable item.

The nut has probably been replaced by an amateur, and that is why it is not attached properly, so it can be removed and the size is not correct at all.
I think the guitar was given away because he mistakenly thought that all nuts are the same size, which is common, and replaced it by himself.

The customer did not want to spend a lot of money on this guitar for fun, so we put a piece of paper between the bottom of the nut and adjusted the height.
This is not a good idea, but if this is what the customer wanted because he did not want to spend a lot of money, it is the only way to deal with it.

The truss rod is now at the limit.
The risk is great because you can’t check the condition of the used goods on Yahoo Auctions and Mercari, so even if the description says it is in good shape, it is a “subjective” story that can be passed off as anything after the fact, so be careful.

FERNANDES FR-55 セットアップ

フェルナンデス製FR-55のセットアップです。

状態が悪く弦高が高い状態で弾き難いです。

昔の国産も良い物もありましたが悪い物も同時に沢山ありました。
よく昔にあった「最低でも5万円以上」はその位の金額を出さないと新品でも状態が悪い物が多いという分かり易い数値です。
ですが中には新品でも平気で音詰まりする状態で販売されている事も多いので気を付けた方が良いです。

反り調整とシムを入れ、正しく調整したら全体的に弾き易くなりましたがローフレットのフレット状態が悪く音詰まり箇所があります。
特に90年代の低価格帯は音詰まり箇所する物が多い為、正直購入はお勧めできません。

This is a Fernandez FR-55 setup.

It is in bad condition and hard to play with high string height.

In the old days, there were some good Japanese-made instruments, but there were also a lot of bad ones.
The old saying “at least 50,000 yen” is an easy to understand figure: if you don’t pay that much, many of them are in poor condition even if they are new.
However, you should be careful because some of them are sold in a clogged condition even if they are brand new.

After warp adjustment and shimming, it became easier to play as a whole, but the low frets are not in good condition, and there are some stuck notes.
I honestly do not recommend purchasing this guitar, especially since many of the low-priced ones from the 90’s are clogged with sound.

FERNANDES TE-95T TAKUYA 配線直し＆セットアップ JUDY AND MARY

フェルナンデス製TE-95Tの配線直し・セットアップです。

各所の消耗があり、電装パーツをセレクター以外は交換しました。

フェルナンデス製は一部のアーティストモデルだけ非常に良いイメージがありますがこちらもそんな印象です。
よくフェルナンデスの名器は布袋寅泰モデルですね。

こちらは音が良く、FGI表記のPUはアクティヴなのに軟かで自然なサウンドでオススメです。
EMGよりもこちらのサウンドが良いと思います。
パッシブっぽさを感じるサウンドなので、よくあるギタリストの謎ルールとして「アクティブはダメ」や「EMGはダメ」という謎ギタリストが存在するのですが、そうした人には好まれるサウンドと思います。
結局はエフェクター通したりアンプを通したらアクティブになるので私には全く理解ができない分野です。

FERNANDES Hシリーズ VERTIGO hide セットアップ

フェルナンデス製VERTIGOのセットアップです。

hideモデルのクジラと似たモデルになります。

調整にて弾き易い状態になりましたが音がビビる箇所があります。
hideモデルもそうですが低価格帯は音が詰まるモデルが多い為、低い弦高にするにはすり合わせが必要です。
標準弦高であればまだ弾けるレベルに持っていけるかと思います。

FERNANDES HT-95 布袋モデルスイッチ交換・ポット交換・ジャック交換

フェルナンデス布袋寅泰モデル、HT-95のスイッチ交換・ポット交換・ジャック交換です。

名機なだけに消耗が凄い個体ばかりの機種ですので基本修理は必須です。

中古品は大体状態が悪いです。それだけ弾かれる位に良いギターなのですが今から入手するには大体はボロボロな物と思って購入すべきです。

電装系は消耗し音が出ない為、新しいパーツに交換する事で無事に音が出る状態になりました。

布袋モデルはセレクタースイッチがミニスイッチという事もあり、消耗だけでなく壊れている事も多いので注意が必要です。
どちらにしても中古品は買ったら電装パーツを全て新品に交換する位はした方が良いでしょう。
