Fullertone Guitars Telecaster PU交換＆セットアップ Fender Texas Special

フラートーン製テレキャスターのPU交換・セットアップです。

PUをフェンダー製テキサススペシャルに交換です。

音が太くなりフロントとリアの音量バランスも良いサウンドになりました。
元のフロントがモッサリめのサウンドでしたが音抜けが良い方向に寄ってる傾向になりました。

リアも硬く無く太くなるので元のリンディフレーリンよりは好評の様子です。
ヴィンテージタイプ過ぎるサウンドも現代ではあまり好まない人も居ると思うので、多少アレンジが加わったPUの方が現代人は好むかもしれません。

This is a pickup replacement and setup for a Flautone Telecaster.

The pickups were replaced with Fender Texas Specials.

The tone became fuller, and the volume balance between the front and rear pickups improved for a better sound.
The original front pickup had a somewhat muddy sound, but the tone now leans towards better projection.

The bridge pickup also gained body without sounding harsh, making it more popular than the original Lindy Fralin.
Some people today might not prefer a sound that’s too vintage-oriented, so a pickup with a bit of modern tweak might be more to their taste.

グレコ製レスポールのPU交換・セットアップです。

フロントをセイモアダンカン製SH-2に交換です。

音が綺麗に鳴る事とフロントが太過ぎないのでブーミー感にならずスッキリとしたサウンドに変化します。
フロントが太過ぎる事が悩みの人にはお勧めPUです。

日本製でオーダーモデルとの事です。

リアPUをセイモアダンカンSH-5に交換です。

音が良く弾き易いモデルです。

SH-5はヴィンテージタイプハムバッカーの出力を上げた様なモデルですがモッサリ感は無くクリアなサウンドで使い易いと思います。

スピアギター製SGのPU交換・セットアップです。

珍しいメーカーですが低価格帯のモデルです。

PUをお客様持ち込みのディマジオDP103・DP100に交換です。

フロントは音が良くクリアサウンド、リアは意外と使い易いハイゲインサウンドです。

スーパーディストーションと名が付いてるのと、昔からディマジオの定番PUでもありますがこちらの50th Anniversaryモデルは通常モデルと違う？のか、音が違う様に思います。

乗るギターが違えば当然ながら音も変わりますが、パワーが強過ぎず扱い易いサウンドに感じます。

Spear Guitar SG pickup replacement and setup.

It’s a rare manufacturer, but it’s a low-end model.

Replacing the pickups with customer-supplied DiMarzio DP103 and DP100.

The front pickup delivers a nice, clear sound, while the rear pickup surprisingly offers a very usable high-gain sound.

Although it’s named “Super Distortion” and has been a DiMarzio staple for years, this model seems different from the standard ones? The sound feels distinct.

Naturally, the sound changes depending on the guitar it’s mounted on, but it feels like a manageable sound without being overly powerful.

Tokai テレキャスター PU交換＆ブリッジ交換＆セットアップ LUNDGREN Telecaster P-90 Bridge

トーカイ製テレキャスターのPU交換・ブリッジ交換・セットアップです。

ラングレン製P-90に交換しました。

ついでにブリッジ交換も行いました。
こちらは6連サドルにより通常の3連ではオクターブ調整が正しく行えない仕様を正しく調整する事ができ、テレキャスターの弱点である「音程感が悪い」を解消します。
通常のブリッジの位置で無加工で交換が可能です。

ラングレンPUは珍しいメーカーですがリアの音がそのまま太くなり、リアでは非常に良いPUだと思います。
どうしてもブリッジに付いたリアPUは音のギラギラが強く、音も細めなので扱い難いと感じる人も多いと思います。
P-90というよりもシングルコイルを太くした様なクォーターパウンドに近く、テレキャスターのリアとしてはかなり美味しいサウンドへ変化しリアPUが単体で「使える音」に変化します。

This is a PU replacement, bridge replacement, and setup for a Tokai Telecaster.

We replaced it with a Langren P-90.

We also replaced the bridge.
This allows for proper adjustment of the octave, which cannot be done with the standard 3-saddle bridge, and eliminates the Telecaster’s weakness of poor intonation.
It can be replaced without modification in the standard bridge position.

Langren pickups are a rare brand, but the rear sound becomes thicker, making it an excellent pickup for the rear.
Many people find the rear pickup mounted on the bridge to be too bright and thin in tone, making it difficult to handle.
It resembles a quarter-pound pickup, which is thicker than a P-90, and transforms the Telecaster’s rear sound into a delicious tone, making the rear pickup usable on its own.

Gibson Explorer 配線直し＆セットアップ GOTOH HB-Distortion

ギブソン製エクスプローラーの配線直し・セットアップです。

大きく順反りで弾き難い状態、電装の消耗が大きく電装パーツ全てダメ、内部が素人配線作業された状態となっています。
またリアPUが壊れていて音が出ません。

リアPUをGOTOH製HB-Distortionに交換しました。

リアの音は歪みでも形がスッキリと見え易いサウンドになりました。

ナットが消耗で4弦は詰まり気味、フレットを詰まり気味な所がある。
ネック周りのリペアも今後は必要そうな状態です。

This is a rewiring and setup of a Gibson Explorer.

The guitar was difficult to play due to significant warping, and the electrical components were worn out and completely damaged. The internal wiring had been done by an amateur.
In addition, the rear pickup was broken and not producing any sound.

We replaced the rear pickup with a GOTOH HB-Distortion.

The rear sound now has a clean, distorted tone that is easy to discern.

The nut is worn, causing the 4th string to buzz, and there are areas where the frets are buzzing.
Repairs around the neck may also be necessary in the future.

フェンダーカスタムショップ製ストラトキャスターのPU交換です。

キングトーン製ブルーバードに交換です。

５０年代みたいな音、モッサリでレンジ狭いサウンド傾向です。

レイヴォーンサウンドを再現したPUとの事ですがそうは聴こえず、むしろ50年代ストラトキャスターのサウンドに向いた音に聴こえます。
ブルースに合いそうな音でもっさりと太い音が好みとするなら良いＰＵと思います。

PU replacement for a Fender Custom Shop Stratocaster.

Replaced with King Tone Bluebird.

It sounds like 50’s. It has a muffled and narrow range sound.

It is said that this PU reproduced Rayvaughn sound, but it doesn’t sound like that, it sounds more like 50’s Stratocaster sound.
If you like a fat sound, this is a good PU for blues.

FUJIGEN EOS2 Expert ODYSSEY PU交換＆セットアップ Lollar Pickups / ‘64 Sixty-Four

フジゲン製EOSのPU交換・セットアップです。

ローラー製64に交換です。

巻き弦が明るすぎないサウンドです。
フジゲン等のモダン系ギターは音が明るく硬い傾向になる為、ヴィンテージ系PUを使用する事で音の硬さを緩和させたりする事ができます。

バランスが良いが粘りが薄く、この辺りは乗ってるEOSに影響かと思います。
モダン系のサウンド影響を受けていると思うのでもう少し明るさと硬さが落ち着いたらもっと良かったかもしれません。
メイプル指板のギターよりもローズ指板の方が音として合うかもしれません。

PU replacement and setup for Fujigen EOS.

Replaced with a Roller 64.

The sound of wound strings is not too bright.
Modern guitars such as Fujigen have a tendency to sound bright and hard, so using a vintage PU can alleviate the hardness of the sound.

The sound is well-balanced but not sticky, which may be influenced by the EOS on the guitar.
I think it is influenced by modern sound, so it would have been better if it was a little brighter and less hard.
I think it would sound better with a rose fretboard than with a maple fretboard.

Fender / Player Stratocaster Maple Fingerboard ストラトキャスターナット交換＆セットアップ curtis novak pickups

フェンダーストラトキャスターのナット交換・セットアップです。

ナット高が非常に高く弾き難い状態で、お客様の要望によりこの機会に溝切りよりも交換する事となりました。

カーティスノバック製PUに交換です。
こちらはかなり音質が良く、メンバーシップ限定動画にても紹介しておりますがお勧めです。

This is a nut replacement and setup for a Fender Stratocaster.

The nut height was very high and difficult to play. At the customer’s request, we decided to take this opportunity to replace the nut rather than cut a groove.

We replaced the PU with a Curtis Novak PU.
The sound quality is very good, and as shown in the membership-only video, it is highly recommended.

フェンダージャパン製テレキャスターのPU交換・セットアップです。

メーカー不明だがお客様持ち込みPUに交換しました。

フロントは明るめで音抜けが良く、リアは硬く無く音の分離も良いサウンドです。

90～2000年代フェンダージャパン製と思いますがトラスロッドも多少は余りがあり、音も良く良好個体です。

フレットの消耗が凄いのですり合わせした方が良い状態ですので正しく使用したくなりましたらすり合わせをお勧めします。

The PU was replaced with a PU brought in by the customer, though the manufacturer is unknown.

The front is bright and has good sound, and the rear is not hard and has good sound separation.

The truss rod has a little extra room and the sound is good.

The frets are very worn and should be grated.
