サウンドトレード製TK-01のフレットすり合わせです。

フレットの消耗と大きなネックのウネリで音詰まりが起きている状態です。

フレットすり合わせで対処する事となりましたが削れる限界まで削り修正しました。

本来ならフレット交換を行い、指板を削って修正した方が良い状態ですがベースを使用する時間納期が難しいのですり合わせとなりました。

とはいえ問題無く弾ける状態になりましたので、これが消耗してきた際はフレット交換になります。

古い年代製はギターでもベースでもネックの反りは当たり前に起こり、ウネリがあってもおかしくはありません。
かなり長い年月を考えて保管するなら使用後はしっかりと弦を緩めて保管していないと長い年月を状態良く保つのは難しいでしょう。
私の持論も、こうした古い年代製を見れば納得頂けると思います。
「弦は張りっぱなしで良い」は素人が言う言葉です。

This is a fret leveling for Sound Trade’s TK-01.

The instrument was experiencing sound blockage due to fret wear and significant neck warping.

We opted for fret leveling, but we ground them down to the limit of what was possible.

Ideally, we would have replaced the frets and ground the fingerboard to correct the issue, but due to time constraints for using the bass, we settled for leveling.

That said, the instrument is now playable without issues, but when the frets wear out again, we will need to replace them.

In older instruments, whether guitar or bass, neck warping is common, and even if there is warping, it is not unusual.
If you plan to store it for a long time, it is difficult to maintain its condition over the years unless you properly loosen the strings after use.
My personal opinion is that seeing such older instruments will make you understand this.
“Leaving the strings on is fine” is something only amateurs would say.
