フェンダー製トロイサンダースモデル、プレシジョンベースのセットアップ・ジャック交換です。

購入したばかりとの事ですが大きな順反りで音詰まりが起こっている状態、調整してみるとトラスロッドに殆ど余裕無い状態になりました。

アクティブ時の音がおかしく、内部でジャックが交換されている様子で配線が下手な状態になっていました。
ジャックを交換・電池切れ状態だったので新品電池に交換しました。
また内部のノイズ対策塗料にパーツが当たっていてノイズが出ていたりと、中身の仕上げはかなり状態悪いです。

そして後日、また順反りして弾き難くなったとの事で再度トラスロッドの調整をおこないました。

また大きく順反りした状態になっており、トラスロッドを回してみると以前の限界近い状態が変わってました。
こうした状態は以前の調整した状態から順反りしたのではなく、トラスロッドが内部で引っ掛かっていない様子（メーカーの不良品）が考えられます。

内部でトラスロッドのT字部分の引っ掛かりが悪いからこそ、トラスロッドの引っ掛かりが抜けてきて順反りしてくる様子です。
一応回せばロッドは効くが、トラスロッドの余り量が以前触った時よりも復活しているので内部でロッドが緩んでいる事も触って分かります。

こうした状態だと直した反りがまた大きな順反り状態に戻ってしまうので、その際は不良品ですので購入したお店に問い合わせして返品または修理受付を行うしかありません。

直すとしたら指板を剥がしてトラスロッドの仕込み直し・再塗装となりますが、約20万円程度の料金になります。
値段を考えたら現実的ではないので市販品のフェンダー製ネックに交換するか、それでもパーツ代（USA製ネック本体代）と組み込みに関わるリペアで15万円程度は掛かります。
買い直した方が良いレベルと言えるでしょう。

こうしたメーカーの精度の悪さからくる状態難を見つける為にもトラスロッドの効き具合・余り量を最初に実際に回して確認して買わないと後が怖いです。
保証期限が切れていたら完全に終わりです。
正確には保証期間中でもこうした状態を購入した楽器屋が分かってくれるのか？代理店や製造メーカーもちゃんと対応してくれるのか？は実際に丁寧に対応してくれるのかは実際に受け付けてみないと分かりません。

購入前にトラスロッドを目の前で回させて問題無い事を確認してから買うにしても、こうした個体の症状がある場合も考えられるのでトラスロッドを限界まで回して、その状態が数日経っても変わらないか？（今回の様に内部で引っ掛かりが悪いと反りが元に戻る）を確認しないと安全ではありません。

またこうした事があった際に購入したお店はどう対応するのか？も事前に聞いて確認しておいた方が良いです。
こうした事を聞くにしても知識が必要です。

トラスロッドは目に見えない所にある事と、実際に回してみないと余り量や効き具合は確認できません。
こうした隅々まで検品し、正しく表記している楽器屋は信用できます。
しかしそんな楽器屋は殆どありません。
だから自分で知識を付け、購入前に確認させてからじゃないと買わないスタンスが必要になります。
金儲けばかりを考え、買う人の事を一切考えていない販売店ばかりです。

目の前で実際にトラスロッドを回させて問題が無い事を確認させてから買う事と、今回の様なトラスロッドが内部で引っ掛かりが悪い状態と分かった際はどう対応するのか？を聞いてから買った方が良いです。
トラスロッドの仕込みが悪い事は販売する楽器屋からは予想外と思いますが、実際に効きが悪い個体は昔から存在するのでそうした保証・対処をどうしてるのか聞いた方が良いです。

This is a setup and jack replacement for a Fender Trojan Thunder model Precision Bass.

Although it was recently purchased, there was significant warping causing sound blockage. Upon adjustment, it was found that there was almost no slack in the truss rod.

The sound was distorted when active, and it appeared that the jack had been replaced internally, resulting in poor wiring.
We replaced the jack and the battery, which was dead, with a new one.
Additionally, parts were touching the internal noise-reduction coating, causing noise, and the internal finish was in very poor condition.

Later, the guitar warped again, making it difficult to play, so we adjusted the truss rod again.

The guitar was warped again, and when we turned the truss rod, it was close to its previous limit.
This condition is not due to warping from the previous adjustment, but rather due to the truss rod not being properly secured internally (a manufacturing defect).

Because the T-shaped part of the truss rod is not properly engaged internally, the truss rod is coming loose and causing the bowing.
While turning the rod does have an effect, the amount of truss rod travel has increased compared to when it was last adjusted, indicating that the rod is loosening internally.

In such a state, the issue will recur, so in this case, it is a defective product, and the only option is to contact the store where it was purchased for a return or repair.

If you were to repair it, it would involve removing the fingerboard and re-installing the truss rod, but this would cost tens of thousands of dollars.
Considering the cost, it is not practical, so you could replace it with a commercially available Fender neck, but even that would cost over 100,000 yen.

To identify such issues with the manufacturer’s condition, it is essential to first physically turn the truss rod to check its effectiveness and remaining travel before purchasing, as failing to do so could lead to problems later.
More precisely, since such symptoms may occur in individual instruments, it is necessary to turn the truss rod to its limit and confirm whether the condition changes (as in this case, where poor internal engagement causes the warp to return to its original state).

Additionally, it is advisable to confirm in advance how the store where you purchased the instrument will handle such issues.
The truss rod is located in an area that is not visible, and the amount of play or effectiveness cannot be confirmed without actually turning it.
A music store that thoroughly inspects every detail and accurately describes the condition of the instrument can be trusted.
However, such stores are rare.
Therefore, it is necessary to educate yourself and adopt a stance of not purchasing without first confirming these details.
Most stores prioritize profit over considering the needs of the buyer.
