ESP製レスポールのセットアップ・ジャック交換です。

ジャックにガリ、順反りで弦高が高い状態です。

いくら高額で精度が良いメーカーとしても、調整状態が悪いと弾き難い状態になってしまいます。
特に精度が高いと順反り具合が大きく感じる（元の状態が良いだけに）ので、意外と作りが良いメーカー程に状態の良し悪しが分かり易いと思います。

調整しジャックを交換する事で問題無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

This is a setup jack replacement for an ESP Les Paul.

The jack is warped and the string height is too high.

No matter how expensive and accurate the manufacturer is, if the adjustment is bad, it will be difficult to play.
Especially, if the accuracy is high, the warped strings will be felt more (because the original condition is good), so it is easier to tell if the condition is good or bad as the manufacturer is surprisingly good.

We were able to finish it up without any problems by adjusting and replacing the jack.
