フジゲン製ストラトキャスターのセットアップです。

当時に新品購入して所持してたワンオーナー品ですが、弦高が低すぎる状態でまともに弾く事ができない状態です。

調整してみると特に問題無く弾ける状態となりましたがリアPUに不具合があります。

リアPUがSH-4？なのか、弦ピッチが合わず6弦の音がかなり小さいのでポールピース高を異常な位までかなり高さを上げ目にしないと他の弦の音量と釣り合わない状態です。

特に交換歴は無いとの事なので最初からこれが付いていると思うのですが、シンクロ等にはTBが必要になります。

ダンカンだとSHとTBの違いは弦ピッチが違い、SHは狭くTBは広いピッチになります。

SHはチューンOマチック用、TBはシンクロやフロイドローズ用となります。

This is the setup for a Fujigen Stratocaster.

I bought this brand-new back then and have been the sole owner ever since, but the string action was so low that I couldn’t play it properly.

After adjusting it, I was able to play it without any major issues, but there’s a problem with the bridge pickup.

I’m not sure if the bridge pickup is an SH-4?, but the string spacing is off, and the 6th string sounds quite faint. To balance the volume with the other strings, I have to raise the pole piece height to an unusually high level.

Since the owner says it’s never been replaced, I assume this is the original pickup. However, a TB is required for synchronized tuners and the like.

With Duncan pickups, the difference between SH and TB models is the string spacing: SH has narrow spacing, while TB has wider spacing.

The SH is designed for Tune-O-Matic bridges, while the TB is designed for synchronized or Floyd Rose bridges.
