Gibson製レスポールの電池BOX修正です。

EMGに交換されたモデルになります。

またこうした症状は非常に多いので、アクティブベース等も同様な不具合が起こります。

電池BOXの接点金具に錆、音が出たり出なかったりする状態です。
電池の液漏れや湿気等で錆が出る部分ですが、この部分もペラペラな金具なので単純に奥に端子が倒れ込んで接点不良にもなります。
電池BOXは便利かもしれませんが基本的に余程の理由が無い限り「使用しない方が良い」です。
安全なのは電池スナップで使用する事、物理的に電池と繋がっているのでまずこうしたトラブルは起きません。

電池BOXが使用できない状態なので電池スナップを増設して解決しました。
電池BOXは裏パネルに接着されている為、新しい裏パネルを入手して取り付けるとの事でした。

電池BOXも正直、メーカーはこの状況を分かっていますでしょうか？
パーツメーカーはもっと良い電池BOXを作って下さい。

The contact fittings of the battery box are rusted, and the sound does not come out or does not come out.
This is the part where rust occurs due to battery leakage or humidity, etc. This part is also a flimsy metal fitting, so the terminals can simply fall in the back and cause contact failure.
The battery box may be convenient, but it is basically “better not to use” unless there is a good reason.
The safest thing to do is to use a battery snap, which is physically connected to the battery and will not cause such problems.

Since the battery box is not usable, we solved the problem by adding a battery snap.
Since the battery box is glued to the back panel, we were told that a new back panel would be obtained and installed.

The battery BOX is also honest, does the manufacturer understand this situation?
Please make a better battery BOX for the parts manufacturer.
