ムーン製PGM、プレシジョンベースの配線直し・セットアップです。

ＰＧＭ期のモデルですが音がおかしい状態です。

チェックしてみるとフロントPUが壊れており、内部をチェックするとシングルコイルサイズハムバッカーＰＵが付いていました。

こちらのモデルはスイッチポットでタップができる仕様です。
リアもコイルタップできるシングルコイルです。

お客様と状態の相談の上、パーツを全交換する形となりました。
フロントＰＵはハムバッカー状態で使用できないのでシングルコイル状態で配線する事にしました。

かなり古いモデルだが使用に特に問題無く仕上げる事ができました。

This is a rewiring and setup job for a Moon PGM Precision Bass.

Although it’s a PGM-era model, the sound was off.

Upon inspection, the front pickup was found to be broken, and upon checking the interior, we discovered a single-coil-sized humbucker pickup installed.

This model is designed to allow coil tapping via the switch pot.
The rear pickup is also a single-coil pickup capable of coil tapping.

After discussing the situation with the customer, we decided to replace all the parts.
Since the front pickup cannot be used in humbucker mode, we rewired it to function as a single-coil pickup.

Although it is a fairly old model, we were able to finish the work without any particular issues.
