ポットにガリがあり、ポットとジャックを新品に交換しました。

内部のザグリが非常に特殊なモデルです。
内部が狭く、ザグリが最低限しか掘られていない作りになっています。
蓋もボディ材で作られており、パーツが入るギリギリまで隙間を詰めた蓋になっています。

この構造が難点で、ポットも通常のシャフトではナットがギリギリ付くレベルです。
かと言ってロングシャフトを使用するとザグリの蓋に当たり納める事ができない為、元のポットを見る限り恐らくポットも特注したシャフトの長さに思います。
ポットの高さがギリギリでしか付かないので、ナットが緩み易い可能性があります。

配線がバルトリーニプリアンプを3個使った特殊配線です。
パワーがあり、スイッチで更にパワーが上がり歪む様なサウンドになります。
EQ調整は元から付いておらず、ボリューム・バランサー・トーンの仕様でスイッチでアクティブON-OFF（ブースターの様な歪む位パワーが上がる状態）の構造です。

スイッチをONにしてボリュームポットで音量を調整すると使い易いです。フルテンで使用すると単純に歪んだベースサウンドを出す事ができます。

ナットが死んでて音詰まりしている状態を新品ナットに作り直し問題を解決しました。

音がタイトでTUNEみたいなサウンドで、弾き易く音質もパワフルです。

This is a model from a manufacturer that isn’t sold in Japan.

There was some rust on the pot, so I replaced both the pot and the jack with new ones.

This is a model with a very unique internal recess.
The interior is narrow, and the recess is designed to be as minimal as possible.
The cover is also made from the same material as the body, and it’s fitted so tightly that there’s barely any gap left for the parts to fit.

This structure presents a challenge: even with a standard-length shaft, the nut fits only just barely.
However, using a long shaft would cause it to hit the cover of the recessed cavity, making it impossible to install. Judging by the original pot, I suspect the shaft was custom-made to this specific length.
Since the pot fits with only the bare minimum of clearance, the nut may be prone to loosening.

The wiring is a custom setup using three Bartolini preamp pickups.
It delivers plenty of power, and flipping the switch boosts the power even further, producing a distorted sound.
There is no built-in EQ; instead, it features volume, balancer, and tone controls, along with a switch to toggle an “active” mode (which boosts power to the point of distortion, similar to a booster).

It’s easiest to use by turning the switch ON and adjusting the volume with the volume pot. When used at full volume, it simply produces a distorted bass sound.

The nut was worn out and causing muffled sound, but I replaced it with a new one to resolve the issue.

The sound is tight, reminiscent of TUNE, and it’s easy to play with a powerful tone.
