オールパーツ製テレキャスターの配線直し・セットアップです。

大きく順反りし弾き難い状態です。

オールパーツ製のネックとボディで作られたコンポーネントギターです。

お客様持ち込みのGOTOH TL-Classicに交換と配線材に交換です。

お客様の持ち込み配線材にPU本体の配線も交換し、セレクターを4Wayセレクターに交換です。

テレキャスターの4Wayは２個のPUのシリーズ配線も追加され出力が高いミックスサウンドが出せるようになります。

音が全体的に柔らかめなテレキャスターになりました。

配線材の詳細は不明なのですが、昔使ってみた事があるプロケーブルで売ってるウエスタンエレクトリック配線材？かもしれません。
オーディオスピーカー用で販売されている配線材もギター内部配線に使えますが太さが全然違ってくる為、硬く太い配線材はザグリ内に無理な詰め込みになってトラブルになる可能性も出てくるので使用は自己責任です。

This is a rewiring and setup job for an All Parts Telecaster.

The neck is significantly bowing backward, making it difficult to play.

This is a component guitar built with an All Parts neck and body.

We replaced the bridge with a GOTOH TL-Classic provided by the customer and swapped out the wiring.

We also rewired the pickups using the customer’s provided wiring and replaced the selector switch with a 4-way selector.

The Telecaster’s 4-way selector adds a series connection for the two pickups, enabling a high-output mixed sound.

The result is a Telecaster with a generally softer tone.

The exact details of the wiring are unknown, but it might be Western Electric wiring sold by Pro Cable—I’ve used it before.
While wiring sold for audio speakers can be used for internal guitar wiring, the gauge is completely different. Since thick, stiff wiring can be forced into the routing channels, potentially causing problems, use it at your own risk.
