アイバニーズ製EHB1505のポット交換です。

アクティブ時に音が出ない状態、ボリュームを操作してると音が出たり出なかったりする状態です。

お客様持ち込みの純正ポットに交換し直りました。

こちらは特殊なポットになります。
購入店に問い合わせて取り寄せないと買えないパーツとの事で市販品で入手は不可らしいので、アイバニーズ製のEHBは中古で購入した際にメーカー保証が受けれる？か不安です。

最悪電装パーツは別のアクティブ回路に乗せ換えて直す事も可能ですが、フリーケンシーも付いて音質が良いので交換はしない方が良いです。

Potentiometer replacement for Ibanez EHB1505.

The issue was no sound when active, and intermittent sound when adjusting the volume.

We reinstalled the customer’s original genuine potentiometer.

This is a specialized potentiometer.
It seems this part cannot be purchased commercially and must be ordered through the retailer where it was originally bought. Therefore, I’m concerned whether Ibanez EHBs purchased secondhand can still receive manufacturer warranty coverage?

In the worst case, the electronics could be salvaged by transplanting them into another active circuit board. However, since it includes a frequency control and has good sound quality, it’s better not to replace it.
