  • グレッチ製G6636T、ホワイトファルコンのフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    以前の新品で購入した物を調整したばかりの個体です。
    新品で購入したばかりの個体でしたが調整でトラスロッド限界の物でしたが、その後に使用していてウネリが出てきて音にビビりが出てくる様になったとの事ですり合わせる事となりました。

    近年の木材強度は非常に低下しているので、新品の時点でトラスロッドが限界になる様な木材強度ですから基本はこうした個体は長持ちしないでしょう。
    新品スタート地点で状態が悪いのですから、今後の状態も悪くなる一方な個体と思います。
    バカリペアマンはこうした個体があっても「弦は張りっぱなしで良い」とか言って購入した人に壊させて買い替えさせるあくどい商法をしています。

    すり合わせでウネリを取り、ほんの少しだけトラスロッド限界から余裕ができましたが安心して使用できるトラスロッドの余り状態ではありません。
    このウネリも元から多少はあったと思いますが、材が柔らかいので今後もネック状態が変化して状態が悪くなるスパンが早いと思います。

    弦は緩めて保管しないとダメです。特に新しい年代の物なら猶更です。

    ナット高も部分的に高い弦がある為、削って整え弾き易く調整しました。

  • フェンダーメキシコ製ストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    メキシコ製で販売されている新品ネックに交換した物になります。

    ネック単体で販売されている物は基本的に「手直し前提」の物になります。

    ネックを交換しただけの状態ですのでナットの高さが高く弾き難い、またお客様が溝切りして失敗している箇所がありますがまだナットの高さがあるので溝切りで対応し弾き易くしました。

    ワーモス等のコンポーネントブランドも同等ですが、基本的にネックを入れ替えて完了ではございませんので気を付けましょう。

  • ヤマハ製FG-180のフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    古いモデルですが過去にフレット交換されており状態が良くなっている様子ですがその後弾き込まれた大きな消耗により状態が悪くフレットの大きな消耗、ナット高が高い状態です。

    フレットをすり合わせ、高いナットを切って弾き易く仕上げる事ができました。

    ヤマハのFGシリーズは低価格帯ながら音質が良い物が多く、流石に近年の中古で手に入る物は状態が悪い物ばかりでとても使える様な物を手に入れれたらラッキーだと思います。

    基本はトラスロッド限界で大きく順反り・トップ浮きも酷く弦高も高い物が多いので、まず使用できるレベルじゃない物が多いです。

    そうした意味でも使用できる状態というのは価値があります。
    昔の低価格帯は数万円でも現在の20～30万円と同じ位と言っても良い位の物が多いです。

  • アイバニーズ製FR1620のフレットすり合わせ・配線直し・ナット溝切り調整です。

    消耗でかなり大きいフレット減り、ナット高が高い状態です。
    消耗が大きく弾くには難がある状態です。

    フロントPUの片方は壊れており常にシングル状態でパワーが弱く、その他配線切れで音が出ない状態です。

    お客様の要望でフロントはそのままシングル状態で配線、その他電装パーツは新品に交換しました。

    フレットをすり合わせ、高いナット溝を切り直し弾き易い状態に仕上げました。

  • PRS製マッカーティのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    10-52弦でドロップCにセットアップです。
    ナットが変わっている様で、別のギターのナットをそのままの状態で付けている様子です。

    電装系が交換されておりPUも変わっている様子、フロントボリュームがおかしい状態なのですが今回は保留されました。

    ダウンチューニングは太い弦を使用するのが必須となります。
    張力が下がるので弦の太さで補わないといけません。
    その為にはナットの溝を広げて調整しないといけませんが、これをする事で張力を保ちダウンチューニングでも音程感のあるサウンドになります。

    特に弦張力が低いと弦を押さえた際に引っ張り易くなり、弦を押さえた時点で音程が上がり易くなり汚い音になります。
    演奏も難しくなるので、ダウンチューニングは太い弦を使用しナット溝切り調整を行って仕上げましょう。

    It is set up in drop C with 10-52 strings.

    Youtubeでも紹介したモデルです。新品え2万円にしては非常に良いギターです。

    ペグを交換した時の音・ナット溝切りした時の音をYoutubeでやってますので面白いと思います。

    音も良く状態も良いのですが低価格帯あるあるとしてナット高が高い事やフレットサイドは気になると思います。
    しかしこれらは後から直してしまえばかなり化けるモデルと思います。

    弾き易い・音が良い。変な癖が無いギターなので低価格帯で良いモデルとしてお勧めの1本です。

  • MD-MM Produce、MD-Premier MD-G7Plusのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    新品購入との事ですがナット高が高くローポジションが弾き難い状態です。

    少し順反り気味なので調整してみるとトラスロッドが最初から殆ど限界状態でした。
    約10°位しか回せなかったので調整後にトラスロッドが限界状態となりました。

    最近の木材は柔らかく強度も弱いので、弦を張ると大きく反るので新品でもトラスロッドが結構効いた状態で販売されている物も多いです。
    そして完成後に弦を張っててネックが負けて順反りするので、それを直すとトラスロッドも殆ど余裕が無くなる状態となります。

    販売側もこうした事を知った上で何も言わず販売しているので、こうしたギターは弦を緩めて保管していないと数年程度でネックが順反りし調整限度を迎え弾き難いので買い替える事になると思います。
    最初のスタート地点でトラスロッドに余裕が無い物を買ってしまうと将来的に順反りした際の調整範囲が狭い、つまりは寿命が短いという事です。

    買う前に店員にトラスロッドの余り量を「ちゃんと調整ができた状態から」確認させて、それでトラスロッドの余りが多い物を購入して下さい。
    それをしないお店からは買ってはいけません。

  • スターリン製MAJ100のフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。ローステッドメイプルの仕様です。

    新品購入だと思いますが非常に状態が悪いです。
    昔の2～3万円程度のギターみたいな精度でびっくりしました。
    全体的に音詰まりする上にフレット端が極端に削れている所があり、この状態で販売されていた事が信じられません。
    通常ならメーカーに返品するレベルです。

    1弦15～19フレットの端が極端に削られた傾斜角が付いており、この部分は1弦が落ち易い状態になります。
    この削られ過ぎた傾斜角が1弦が通るラインに近いので厄介です。
    そしてこの場合、すり合わせで直すという事はこの傾斜角をリセットするだけ全体を必要以上に削って修正しないといけません。
    ここまで酷く削れているなら通常ならフレット交換で直します。
    しかしその場合はすり合わせよりも高額な修理金額になります。

    お客様と相談の上、傾斜角をリセットさせるまで必要以上に削る事はせず全体の悪い状態を直す事となりました。

    ネックもかなり柔らかく、調整にトラスロッドをかなり使用するので使い続けるには長持ちしないかもしれません。
    近年はこうした柔らかいネックも増えているので購入の際にチェックさせた上で購入しないと泣きを見ます。

  • メーカー不明のテレキャスター、ナット溝切り調整とセットアップです。

    ワーモス等のコンポーネント？なのか、何かしらメーカー品のロゴを削ってるのか判断は不明です。

    ナット溝高が高い上に下手に手を加えたのか状態が悪い・大きく順反り状態で弾き難い状態です。

    中古品は出所不明な事と前オーナーが何かしら下手に手を加えていたりするので詳細は分かりませんがコンポーネントのネック等は「ナットを仕上げる・フレットをすり合わせする等して仕上げてから使用する前提」で販売されています。
    恐らく前オーナーはこれらを知らない・自分でやってみたけど失敗して手放した様な印象に思います。

    また調整後にトラスロッドが限界状態となりました。
    現代の木材は柔らかい物が多いのでこうした事も珍しくないですが、これらが理由から新品でも中古品でもトラスロッドの余り量を確認して買う事は必須事項です。
    トラスロッドの余り量が多く表記されていても調整前でしたら意味がありません。
    特にトラスロッドの効きが悪いと余り量が多くても実質意味をなさないので、ちゃんと調整できた所からの余り量が表示されていないと意味がないです。

    こうしたトラスロッドに余裕が少ない・限界の物は使用しない時は弦を緩めて保管が必須です。
    これ以上順反りしたら直せません。
    こうならない様に使用するには購入時にトラスロッドに余裕が多い物を買う・順反りさせない様に弾かない時は弦を緩めてネックに負荷を与えない・十分に加湿した環境で保管する（乾燥も木材が縮み順反りになる原因）事が大事です。
    近年の楽器は木材が柔らかいので、弦を張ると大きく反るので最初の調整からトラスロッドに余裕が少ない事も多いです。

    リペアマンでも未だに弦は張りっぱなしで良いと言う人が居るので要注意です。
    現代はとにかく昔と比べ木材の強度が全然違うレベルに柔らかくなっている為、こうした「張りっぱなしで良い」という情報は古いです。
    昔はネック材に強度もあり大丈夫な物が多かったのかもしれませんが、現代は緩めていないと長持ちしません。
    むしろそれを狙っていて、長持ちさせず早いスパンで買い替えさせるあくどい手段を用いているので本気で張りっぱなしで良いと言ってる人が居たら要注意です。

    ナット溝を適切な高さに加工し弾き易くなりました。

  • トーカイ製テレキャスターのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    太い弦54-11でA#チューニングの仕様です。

    ダウンチューニングの条件として基本的に弦張力が下がる分、太い弦を使用する事が必須となります。

    太さの基準として分かり易いのが7弦ギターで、ダダリオのライトゲージで7弦Ｂが59ですのでこれが一つの目安になります。
    Ｂなら60程度、Ａなら66程度でしょうか、この辺りは好みですが大体はこの辺りを狙って使用すれば弦の張力がありしっかりと音が鳴らせられます。

    音が良く、ボリュームを絞った時のタイトな音が歪みで良いサウンドです。

    やや出力の高いモデルで非常に良いパワー感。これはお勧めモデルです。
