  • フェンダージャパン、Fシリアルのストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・フレットすり合わせ・ポット交換です。

    ボリュームにガリ、フレットの消耗、ナット高が高い所がある状態です。
    当時でも低価格帯になりますので細かい点は完璧ではありません。
    現行品のフェンダー製品でも高額なモデルでもナットの高さが各弦で異常に上下がある物も多くあります。

    パーツを交換しフレットをすり合わせ、ナット溝を仕上げる事で弾き易く問題が無い状態に仕上がりました。

    またトラスロッドの余り量が多く、ネック強度が高いです。
    昔は「良い木材があった」と分かる状態ですね。長い年月を生きてきてこの消耗状態で判断するなら木材が良い証拠です。
    この年代ですらヴィンテージ扱いされて非常に高価になっている事は疑問なのですが、現代と比べて明らかに木材の質が違うのは確かです。

    昔は低価格帯でも今で比較する所で30～40万円クラスの木材が数万円で使用されていた時代です。
    なので当時のフェンダージャパン製はコストパフォーマンスが良く、別に昔の物でなくても2000年代中期辺りまでの物でも非常に良い物が多いです。

    はっきり言えばこの年代を考えれば「数万円で良い楽器は普通にあった」となります。
    と言っても昔からビジネス洗脳は強いので誰も特別な見向きはしなかった事でしょう。
    今の高額な現行モデルよりも当時のフェンダージャパン製の方が音が良い場合が多いです。

    This is a Fender Japan, F-Serial Stratocaster with nut groove cut adjustment, fret grind and pot replacement.

    It is in good condition with some galling on the volume, fret wear, and high nut height in some places.
    It is in the low price range even at the time, so the details are not perfect.

    I doubt that even this age is treated as vintage and very expensive, but the quality of the wood is clearly different compared to today.

    In the old days, even in the low price range, wood of 300,000-400,000 yen class was used for tens of thousands of yen in comparison with today.
    Therefore, Fender Japan-made guitars of that time had good cost performance, and even if they were not made in the old days, there were many very good ones until around the mid-2000s.

    To put it bluntly, considering this period, “good instruments were usually available for tens of thousands of yen”.
    However, business brainwashing has been strong for a long time, so no one would have paid special attention to them.
    In many cases, Fender Japan-made instruments back then sounded better than today’s expensive current models.

  • Kiesel OSIRIS ナット溝切り調整＆セットアップ マルチスケール ヘッドレスモデル

  • キーセル製オリシスのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    お客様がメーカーから直接購入した物との事で、新品で購入したばかりの物です。

    状態が目を疑う様な状態なのですがナット高が高過ぎる、恐らくナットを付けただけで全く溝切り加工していない状態です。
    ナット高が安物ギターの様にかなり高い状態です。

    キーセルはちょっと前にも配線ミス＋断線した状態のまま新品で出荷されている事も見ている為、昔と違い売れてきて品質は下がってきております。
    この辺りも新しい情報にアップグレードして下さい。
    昔は私も本当に品質が良かったのでYoutubeでも絶賛して動画で紹介しましたが、今の状態を見ると勧められません。
    そうした情報もこうして出していますので最新な物に調べて勉強して下さい。

    また気になる点としてマルチスケールのギターですがPUは対応している？のか謎な所があります。
    フィッシュマンの中身はバータイプのポールピースでしょうか？それなら問題無い？と思いましたが明らか端の弦、特にフロント1弦とリアは1弦7弦の音量が他よりも少し小さいです。

    これはマルチスケールにより斜めになっている事でPUも斜めに付いているのですが、PU自体は普通の物（マルチスケールに合わせてPU本体が斜めになっている訳じゃない）です。
    これによりポールピースの位置がズレる為、端側の弦はポールピースの音を拾える範囲から遠い事で音が小さくなっている可能性が高いです。

    これはオーダーされたからこうなっている？のか詳細不明ですが、クラフトマン目線から見たらこのPUを使用するのは好ましくない（マルチスケールに合わせて斜め加工されたPUを付けないといけない）と思うのですが、これはオーダーした内容が悪いのかメーカーが悪いのか不明です。

    ナットを溝切り、調整する事でかなり弾き易くなりました。
    PUの件は不明なので何も言えませんが状態としてここに疑問を持たず出荷している所だと今後の購入は考えた方が良いかもしれません。

    The customer purchased this item directly from the manufacturer, and it was just purchased new.

    The condition of the guitar is unbelievable, the nut height is too high, probably because the nut was just put on and not grooved at all.
    The nut height is very high, like a cheap guitar.

    The quality of the guitar has been declining since it was sold in the past, as we have seen some new guitars being shipped with wiring errors and broken wires.
    Please upgrade this area to new information.
    In the past, the quality was really good and I introduced it on Youtube with rave reviews, but I can’t recommend it now.
    I am also providing such information here, so please check the latest information and study it.

    Also, I am wondering if the PU is compatible with multi-scale guitars? I am not sure if it is compatible with PUs or not.
    Is it a bar type pole piece inside the Fishman? If so, is there any problem? I thought so, but obviously the volume of the strings at the ends, especially the front first string and the rear first and seventh strings, is a little lower than the others.

    This is because the PU is also at an angle due to the multi-scale, but the PU itself is normal (the PU itself is not at an angle to match the multi-scale).
    This makes the position of the pole piece shifted, so the strings on the end side are far from the range where the pole piece can pick up the sound, which is likely to make the sound quieter.

    Is this because it was ordered this way? I am not sure if this is because it was ordered this way or not, but from a craftsman’s point of view, it is undesirable to use this PU (it is necessary to put a PU that is processed diagonally to fit multi-scale), but I am not sure if this is a bad order or the manufacturer’s fault.

    By grooving and adjusting the nut, it is much easier to play.
    I can’t say anything about the PU because I don’t know about the PU, but if a place ships without questioning this as a condition, you might want to think about purchasing it in the future.

  • Gretsch G6636T Players Edition White Falcon フレットすり合わせ＆ナット溝切り調整

  • グレッチ製G6636T、ホワイトファルコンのフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    以前の新品で購入した物を調整したばかりの個体です。
    新品で購入したばかりの個体でしたが調整でトラスロッド限界の物でしたが、その後に使用していてウネリが出てきて音にビビりが出てくる様になったとの事ですり合わせる事となりました。

    近年の木材強度は非常に低下しているので、新品の時点でトラスロッドが限界になる様な木材強度ですから基本はこうした個体は長持ちしないでしょう。
    新品スタート地点で状態が悪いのですから、今後の状態も悪くなる一方な個体と思います。
    バカリペアマンはこうした個体があっても「弦は張りっぱなしで良い」とか言って購入した人に壊させて買い替えさせるあくどい商法をしています。

    すり合わせでウネリを取り、ほんの少しだけトラスロッド限界から余裕ができましたが安心して使用できるトラスロッドの余り状態ではありません。
    このウネリも元から多少はあったと思いますが、材が柔らかいので今後もネック状態が変化して状態が悪くなるスパンが早いと思います。

    弦は緩めて保管しないとダメです。特に新しい年代の物なら猶更です。

    ナット高も部分的に高い弦がある為、削って整え弾き易く調整しました。

    The strings need to be kept loose. The strings need to be loosened and stored, especially if it is a newer age.

    The nut height has also been adjusted to make it easier to play, as some of the strings are too high.

  • フェンダーメキシコ製ストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    メキシコ製で販売されている新品ネックに交換した物になります。

    ネック単体で販売されている物は基本的に「手直し前提」の物になります。

    ネックを交換しただけの状態ですのでナットの高さが高く弾き難い、またお客様が溝切りして失敗している箇所がありますがまだナットの高さがあるので溝切りで対応し弾き易くしました。

    ワーモス等のコンポーネントブランドも同等ですが、基本的にネックを入れ替えて完了ではございませんので気を付けましょう。

  • ヤマハ製FG-180のフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    古いモデルですが過去にフレット交換されており状態が良くなっている様子ですがその後弾き込まれた大きな消耗により状態が悪くフレットの大きな消耗、ナット高が高い状態です。

    フレットをすり合わせ、高いナットを切って弾き易く仕上げる事ができました。

    ヤマハのFGシリーズは低価格帯ながら音質が良い物が多く、流石に近年の中古で手に入る物は状態が悪い物ばかりでとても使える様な物を手に入れれたらラッキーだと思います。

    基本はトラスロッド限界で大きく順反り・トップ浮きも酷く弦高も高い物が多いので、まず使用できるレベルじゃない物が多いです。

    そうした意味でも使用できる状態というのは価値があります。
    昔の低価格帯は数万円でも現在の20～30万円と同じ位と言っても良い位の物が多いです。

  • アイバニーズ製FR1620のフレットすり合わせ・配線直し・ナット溝切り調整です。

    消耗でかなり大きいフレット減り、ナット高が高い状態です。
    消耗が大きく弾くには難がある状態です。

    フロントPUの片方は壊れており常にシングル状態でパワーが弱く、その他配線切れで音が出ない状態です。

    お客様の要望でフロントはそのままシングル状態で配線、その他電装パーツは新品に交換しました。

    フレットをすり合わせ、高いナット溝を切り直し弾き易い状態に仕上げました。

  • PRS製マッカーティのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    10-52弦でドロップCにセットアップです。
    ナットが変わっている様で、別のギターのナットをそのままの状態で付けている様子です。

    電装系が交換されておりPUも変わっている様子、フロントボリュームがおかしい状態なのですが今回は保留されました。

    ダウンチューニングは太い弦を使用するのが必須となります。
    張力が下がるので弦の太さで補わないといけません。
    その為にはナットの溝を広げて調整しないといけませんが、これをする事で張力を保ちダウンチューニングでも音程感のあるサウンドになります。

    特に弦張力が低いと弦を押さえた際に引っ張り易くなり、弦を押さえた時点で音程が上がり易くなり汚い音になります。
    演奏も難しくなるので、ダウンチューニングは太い弦を使用しナット溝切り調整を行って仕上げましょう。

    It is set up in drop C with 10-52 strings.
    The nut seems to have been changed, and it looks like the nut from another guitar is still attached as it is.

    The electrical system has been replaced, the PU has been changed, and the front volume is not right, but it was put on hold this time.

    Down-tuning requires the use of thicker strings.
    The tension is reduced, so the thickness of the strings must compensate for this.
    To do this, the groove in the nut must be widened and adjusted, which maintains tension and gives a pitchful sound even when down-tuned.

    Low string tension makes it easier to pull the strings when they are pressed, and when the strings are pressed, they easily rise in pitch, resulting in a dirty sound.
    It is also more difficult to play, so use thicker strings and adjust the nut groove when down tuning.

    Youtubeでも紹介したモデルです。新品え2万円にしては非常に良いギターです。

    ペグを交換した時の音・ナット溝切りした時の音をYoutubeでやってますので面白いと思います。

    音も良く状態も良いのですが低価格帯あるあるとしてナット高が高い事やフレットサイドは気になると思います。
    しかしこれらは後から直してしまえばかなり化けるモデルと思います。

    弾き易い・音が良い。変な癖が無いギターなので低価格帯で良いモデルとしてお勧めの1本です。

  • MD-MM Produce、MD-Premier MD-G7Plusのナット溝切り調整・セットアップです。

    新品購入との事ですがナット高が高くローポジションが弾き難い状態です。

    少し順反り気味なので調整してみるとトラスロッドが最初から殆ど限界状態でした。
    約10°位しか回せなかったので調整後にトラスロッドが限界状態となりました。

    最近の木材は柔らかく強度も弱いので、弦を張ると大きく反るので新品でもトラスロッドが結構効いた状態で販売されている物も多いです。
    そして完成後に弦を張っててネックが負けて順反りするので、それを直すとトラスロッドも殆ど余裕が無くなる状態となります。

    販売側もこうした事を知った上で何も言わず販売しているので、こうしたギターは弦を緩めて保管していないと数年程度でネックが順反りし調整限度を迎え弾き難いので買い替える事になると思います。
    最初のスタート地点でトラスロッドに余裕が無い物を買ってしまうと将来的に順反りした際の調整範囲が狭い、つまりは寿命が短いという事です。

    買う前に店員にトラスロッドの余り量を「ちゃんと調整ができた状態から」確認させて、それでトラスロッドの余りが多い物を購入して下さい。
    それをしないお店からは買ってはいけません。

    Since recent woods are soft and weak, they warp a lot when the strings are stretched, so many new guitars are sold with the truss rod in a very effective condition.

    The seller knows this and sells the guitar without saying anything, so if you don’t keep the strings loose, you will have to replace the guitar after a few years because the neck will warp too much and it will be difficult to play.
    If you buy a guitar that does not have enough room for the truss rod at the start, the adjustment range for future warping will be limited, which means that the life of the guitar will be short.

    Before you buy, have the shopkeeper check the amount of truss rod left over “from the state of being properly adjusted” and buy one with a lot of truss rod left over.
    Do not buy from a store that does not do this.

  • スターリン製MAJ100のフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。ローステッドメイプルの仕様です。

    新品購入だと思いますが非常に状態が悪いです。
    昔の2～3万円程度のギターみたいな精度でびっくりしました。
    全体的に音詰まりする上にフレット端が極端に削れている所があり、この状態で販売されていた事が信じられません。
    通常ならメーカーに返品するレベルです。

    1弦15～19フレットの端が極端に削られた傾斜角が付いており、この部分は1弦が落ち易い状態になります。
    この削られ過ぎた傾斜角が1弦が通るラインに近いので厄介です。
    そしてこの場合、すり合わせで直すという事はこの傾斜角をリセットするだけ全体を必要以上に削って修正しないといけません。
    ここまで酷く削れているなら通常ならフレット交換で直します。
    しかしその場合はすり合わせよりも高額な修理金額になります。

    お客様と相談の上、傾斜角をリセットさせるまで必要以上に削る事はせず全体の悪い状態を直す事となりました。

    ネックもかなり柔らかく、調整にトラスロッドをかなり使用するので使い続けるには長持ちしないかもしれません。
    近年はこうした柔らかいネックも増えているので購入の際にチェックさせた上で購入しないと泣きを見ます。

    The end of the first string from the 15th to 19th fret has an extreme shaved slant angle, which makes it easy for the first string to fall off in this area.
    This is troublesome because this overshaved inclination angle is close to the line where the first string passes through.
    And in this case, to fix it by mortise and tenon, it is necessary to shave more than necessary to reset the inclination angle.
    If the fretboard is so badly shaved, we would normally replace the fretboard.

    After consulting with the customer, we decided not to shave more than necessary until the tilt angle was reset, but to fix the overall bad condition.

    The neck is very soft, and the truss rod is used to adjust it, so it may not last long enough to continue to use.
