バッカス製の低価格帯モデル、テレキャスターのペグ交換・ナット交換・フレットサイド処理・配線直しです。

お客様持ち込みのMusicLilyのPUと電装パーツにグレードアップです。

ペグをGOTOH製の同型に交換しました。

ナット材も持ち込みでMusicLily牛骨ナットに交換です。
こちらはネット上で無加工で付く様な情報があるそうですが、加工が必要になりますのでご注意下さい。

約23000円のモデルですが基本的なポテンシャルはあり、こうしたグレードアップを行う事で20～30万円台のギターになると思います。

フロントのサウンドはGibson系に近くなり、ブーミー傾向をややスッキリさせた程好い太さです。
またこのPUはギブソン製のP-90と違いポールピース高が大きく下げる調整できるのが利点です。
ギブソン製P-90はポールピース高を下げれる限度が少ないので、各弦の音量調整で不都合が起き易いです。
音も良い上にポールピース高の自由度が高いので、安物PUながらMusicLilyのPUはお勧めです。

リアはギラギラしない、通常のテレよりハイ落ち感はあるがその代わり音が太い傾向なのでリアがうるさく感じる際の交換にお勧め機種です。
低価格PUでも非常に使えるサウンドなので、やはり時代は安物でも使える時代になりました。

This is a Bacchus budget-friendly model—a Telecaster—that underwent tuner and nut replacements, fretboard finishing, and rewiring.

We upgraded it with a MusicLily pickup and electronic components provided by the customer.

We replaced the tuners with matching GOTOH models.

We also replaced the nut with a MusicLily cowbone nut provided by the customer.
Please note that while some online sources claim this nut fits without modification, it actually requires some adjustment.

Although this is a model priced at around 23,000 yen, it has solid basic potential. With these upgrades, I believe it now rivals guitars in the 200,000 to 300,000 yen range.

The front pickup’s sound is now closer to a Gibson-style tone, with a nice, full body that’s been slightly cleaned up from its original boomy tendency.
Another advantage of this pickup, unlike the Gibson P-90, is that the pole piece height can be significantly lowered.
With the Gibson P-90, the pole piece height can only be lowered to a limited extent, which often causes issues when adjusting the volume balance between strings.
With great sound and high flexibility in pole piece height adjustment, I highly recommend MusicLily’s pickups, even though they’re budget-friendly.

The bridge pickup isn’t overly bright; while it has a slightly reduced high-end response compared to a standard Tele, it tends to have a fuller tone. This makes it a great replacement option if you find the stock bridge pickup too harsh.
Even budget pickups can deliver a very usable sound these days—it really shows that we’ve entered an era where even affordable gear can be top-notch.

killer fascist 配線直し

キラー製ファシストの配線直しです。

セレクター部で配線ミスにより音が出ない状態・電装系パーツの故障で音が出ない状態です。

セレクター部分の配線を直し、壊れているダイレクトスイッチ・ジャックを新品に交換する事で直しました。

ザグリも狭く配線もギチギチに詰まっているので中古品でイジられているとトラブルが起こり易い機種に思います。
購入時は電装パーツを交換して使用したいモデルですね。

This is a rewiring job for a Killer-brand Fist.

The unit wasn’t producing any sound due to a wiring error in the selector section and a malfunction in the electrical components.

I fixed it by reworking the wiring in the selector section and replacing the broken direct switch and jack with new ones.

The cutouts are narrow and the wiring is packed tightly, so I think this is a model prone to trouble if it’s been modified with used parts.
It’s a model where you’ll want to replace the electrical components before use.

FenderJAPAN ストラトキャスター配線直し＆セットアップブレンダー配線 Rugir Pickups’s

フェンダージャパン製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・セットアップです。

リアPUをルジール製のオーダーPU、スイッチポット増設でブレンダー配線に組み換えです。

ブレンダー回路を組むとフロントとリアのミックスサウンドが出せる様になります。
センター＋リアのハーフトーン時にスイッチONにすれば全てのPUが鳴る状態にも可能です。

音が良い感じに巻き弦が柔らかく、プレーン弦はバリバリしないバランスの良いサウンドです。

メイプル指板の影響もあると思いますが非常に理想的なリアサウンドに思いました。
これは自分も欲しいレベルです。

Wiring rework and setup for a Fender Japan Stratocaster.

The rear pickup was replaced with a custom-made Rujir pickup, and the switch pot was upgraded to enable blender wiring.

The blender circuit allows for a mix of the front and rear pickup sounds.
When the center + rear pickup is selected (half-tone position), switching the pickup selector ON enables all pickups to sound simultaneously.

The tone is nicely balanced: the wound strings sound soft, and the open strings don’t sound harsh.

I believe the maple fingerboard also contributes, but I found the rear pickup sound to be exceptionally ideal.
This is a level I would personally want for myself.

メーカー不明ストラトキャスターフレット交換＆ペグ交換＆配線直し GOTOH OLD-1

メーカー不明ギターのフレット交換・ペグ交換・配線直しです。

状態が悪く音詰まり箇所があり、音も安定して出ません。

昔ジャンク品で購入したギターとの事ですがレリック塗装だけはかなり良い具合に仕上げてあります。
ここだけは業者にやってもらったのかもしれません。

ペグは素人作業がされて無理矢理付いており、穴を埋めて空け直された跡があるのですが穴空けもいい加減の様子でペグが正しく付いておりません。

ペグ穴も無理矢理広げられた箇所があったりと素人作業が目立ちます。

お客様と相談し作業費がなるべく掛からない様に新しいペグに交換する形となりました。
クルーソン仕様ですがこの様な状態なのでブッシュ穴がガバガバで付けれないので、穴をシャーラータイプの10ｍｍに広げGOTOH製のナット止めタイプに交換する内容にしました。

状態も素人作業のフレット交換がされています。フレット付近は割れたままフレットが打たれていたり、仕上げも雑な事から音詰まりが起きています。

フレットも簡単に抜けたりと、相当雑な作業がされています。
中古で購入する際、下手にフレット交換がされている物のチェックしてこうした状態は分かり易いです。
安く買えてもフレット交換で直す羽目になります。
指板の整形も非常に崩れており、あまりにも酷く指板が削られていると修正が困難になる場合があるので購入時は要注意ポイントです。

指板延長も行われている様子ですが雑です。延長した指板が剥がれたりしないか心配はあります。

やはり簡単に外れました。
内部に棒を入れて接着する様に加工してあり、簡単に外れました。
こちらは再接着で対処しました。

電装パーツはお客様持ち込みのGOTOH OLD-1に交換です。

ピックガードも前オーナーが自分でP-90ザグリを空けた？のかサイズがギリギリで、かなり強めにピックガードに引っ掛かるので高さ調整ができません。
付けれはしますが細かい高さ調整に対応ができないのでピックガードを交換するかザグリを空け直す必要が出てきます。

フロントはピッキングの反応が良く良好、リアは硬くなく標準的なサウンドで扱い易いです。

GOTOH製PUは低価格ながら音質が良いのでお勧めです。

フレット交換し問題無く使用できる状態になりました。

Swing Guitars JAZZ DELUXE5 配線直し

スイングギター製ジャズデラックス5の配線直しです。

音が出ない状態・音が出てた時はミドルが効かなくなったとの事です。

内部をチェックしてみると非常に配線が乱雑に詰められており、ジャックへの配線は異常に短く断線も起きていました。

ポットが緩んでパーツが回転し配線が切れていたりする箇所があり、それら箇所を直す事で問題無く音が出る状態に復元しました。

弾き易いのと音が良く、16万円にしては作りが良いモデルです。
見た目は良いのですが電装系は値段なりの作りをしているのでトラブルが起き易いと思います。

音はアクティブよりもパッシブ寄りで自然なEQの効きです。
弾いて音だけ聴くなら16万とは思えないと思います。

サイアーも同じ様に非常に良いベースですが電装系が乱雑なので、電装系にトラブルが起こる意識を持って購入された方が良いメーカーでしょう。

Repairing the wiring on a Swing Guitar Jazz Deluxe 5.

The issue was no sound output, and when it did produce sound, the middle pickup stopped working.

Upon checking the internals, the wiring was extremely messy and crammed together. The wiring to the jack was abnormally short and had broken.

Some pots were loose, causing parts to rotate and break wires. By fixing these areas, I restored it to a state where it produces sound without issues.

It’s easy to play and sounds good. For ¥160,000, it’s a well-made model.
It looks good, but the electronics are built to match the price point, so I think it’s prone to problems.

The sound leans more passive than active, with a natural EQ response.
If you just play it and listen to the sound, you wouldn’t think it’s ¥160,000.

Sayer is also a very good bass, but their electronics are similarly messy. It’s a brand you should be aware of potential electrical issues when purchasing.

Gibson レスポールカスタム配線直し＆セットアップ

ギブソン製レスポールカスタムの配線直し・セットアップです。

アース線が切れてノイズが大きい状態です。

アース線を繋げ直す事で直しました。

ポットが緩んだまま使用していると、ポットが動き内部の配線を引っ張って断線を起こしたりしますので要注意です。
また元からハンダ付けが下手な場合も多いので、初期状態は壊れ易いと思っていた方が良いかもしれません。

大きく順反りして弾き難い状態を直し、弾き易い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

Wiring repair and setup for a Gibson Les Paul Custom.

The ground wire was broken, causing significant noise.

The issue was resolved by reconnecting the ground wire.

Be cautious: if a pot is used while loose, it can move and pull on the internal wiring, causing breaks.
Also, since the original soldering is often poorly done, it’s wise to assume the initial state is prone to failure.

We corrected the significant upward bow that made it difficult to play and finished it in a state that is easy to play.

FenderMexico プレシジョンベース配線直し＆セットアップ＆ペグ修正

フェンダーメキシコ製プレシジョンベースの配線直し・セットアップです。

内部配線が雑、断線で音が出ない状態です。

ペグがサイズが違う物に交換されている様子です。
4弦ブッシュが簡単に抜けるので、ここのみ接着で修正しました。

音が良いモデルです。

ボディは日本製の物に交換されているとの事で、ちゃんとした所でレリック加工されている様子です。

レリック加工は非常にセンスが重要な加工で、素人がするといわゆる「レリックしました感」が出てきます。

Wiring repair and setup for a Fender Mexico-made Precision Bass.

Internal wiring was sloppy, with breaks causing no sound output.

The tuning pegs appear to have been replaced with different sized ones.
The 4th string bushing came out easily, so only this area was fixed with adhesive.

It’s a model with great tone.

The body has been replaced with a Japanese-made one, and it appears to have been professionally reliced.

Relic processing is a task where taste is crucial; when done by amateurs, it often ends up looking obviously “reliced.”

Navigator Les Paul Custom レスポールカスタム配線直し＆セットアップ SEYMOUR DUNCAN SH-55n Seth Lover Gibson P.A.F

ナビゲーター製レスポールカスタムの配線直し・セットアップです。

お客様持ち込みのフロントPUにセイモアダンカン製SH-55、リアにGibsonの80年代PAFを付けた状態です。

配線がベルデンのヴィンテージ配線、コンデンサにバンブルビーの組み合わせです。

フロントは音が甘い傾向だが音抜けが良く、リアはバーストバッカー1より柔らかくやや出力がある感じです。

古い年代製のＰＵは磁力落ちの影響で音が柔らかくなるので、現行品にも同じ物があると比べたらハッキリと音の違いが分かるかと思います。

Wiring rework and setup for a Navigator-made Les Paul Custom.

The customer-supplied front pickup is a Seymour Duncan SH-55, and the rear is a Gibson 80s PAF.

Wiring uses Belden vintage wire paired with Bumblebee capacitors.

The front pickup has a sweet tone but excellent projection, while the rear feels softer than a Burstbucker 1 with slightly more output.

Older pickups tend to have softer tones due to magnetic field decay. Comparing them to current models with the same model number should clearly reveal the tonal difference.

vanzandt ストラトキャスター配線直し＆セットアップブレンダー回路

ヴァンザンド製ストラトキャスターの配線直し・セットアップです。

またお客様の要望でリアのトーンを250ｋΩから500ｋΩにしてみたいとの要望で交換しました。
スイッチポットを使い、フロントＰＵを混ぜるブレンダー回路になりました。

トーンでも250KΩから500ｋΩになるとコモる範囲が減り、微調整の幅が広がる印象です。
ボリュームポットのKΩを変えて音を変える方法は定番ですが、トーンでもサウンド変化が起こります。

ブレンダー回路はセンター＋リア時のポジションでONにすると、フロント＋リアの他にPU3つを鳴らす事も可能になり新しいストラトに産まれ変わります。

ブレンダー回路も近年の定番改造になってますので、まだ知らない人は試した方が良いでしょう。

Wiring rework and setup for a Vanzand Stratocaster.

Also, per the customer’s request, we replaced the rear tone pot from 250kΩ to 500kΩ.
Using a switch pot, it now functions as a blender circuit mixing the front pickup.

Changing the tone pot from 250kΩ to 500kΩ seems to reduce the range of muddiness and expand the scope for fine-tuning.
Changing the KΩ rating of the volume pot to alter the sound is a classic method, but changing the tone pot also produces sound variations.

With the blender circuit, when switched ON in the Center + Rear position, it allows all three pickups to sound simultaneously, in addition to Front + Rear, effectively reborn as a new Strat.

The blender circuit has become a standard modification in recent years, so if you haven’t tried it yet, it’s worth giving it a shot.

MOTU UltraLite mk3 Hybrid 配線直し

モツ製ウルトラライトMk3ハイブリッドの配線直しです。

電源が入らない状態です。
この個体は電源トラブルが非常に多いので、中古等は消耗により特に壊れ易い状態になっていると思います。

内部をチェックしてみると電源部の基盤が繋がっていない（過去にも同じ事あり）状態でした。

急に基盤が死ぬ？のも不思議なのですが実際に通電しなくなっているので事実です。
配線を引き回し、通電不良個所を配線で繋げて無事に動作する様になりました。

こちらもエフェクターと同じ扱いで作業の保証はございませんが内部を確認して直そうと対応する事は可能です。

Repairing the wiring on a Motsu Ultra Light Mk3 Hybrid.

It won’t power on.
This particular unit has had numerous power issues, so I suspect used ones are especially prone to failure due to wear and tear.

Checking inside revealed the power section’s circuit board wasn’t connected (this has happened before).

It’s odd for a board to suddenly die, but it’s a fact that it stopped powering up.
I rerouted the wiring, bridged the faulty connection points, and got it working properly again.

Like with effects pedals, there’s no warranty on this work, but I can inspect the internals and attempt repairs.
