モーリス製F-12の弦高調整です。

順反り・トップ浮きで弦高が高い状態です。
弦高が12フレット上で5ｍｍ程度はあり、弾けるレベルじゃないです。

またサドルが割れている状態、ナット高も高く状態も良くありません。
トラスロッドが全然効かないのでネック反り調整にも限度があります。

サドルを加工し全体の弦高を2.5ｍｍにはでき弾けるレベルに仕上げる事ができました。

ナット溝切り調整も行えば更に弦高が下がるので、より弾き易い状態を求めたら次はナット溝切り調整をお勧めします。

Adjusting the string height on a Morris F-12.

The neck is bowing forward and the top is lifting, resulting in high string action.
The string height at the 12th fret is about 5 mm, which makes the guitar unplayable.

Additionally, the saddle is cracked, and the nut height is too high, so the condition is not good.
Since the truss rod has no effect at all, there is a limit to how much the neck bow can be adjusted.

By reshaping the saddle, I was able to lower the overall string height to 2.5 mm and bring it to a playable condition.

If you also have the nut grooves adjusted, the string height will drop even further, so if you’re looking for an even more playable setup, I recommend having the nut grooves adjusted next.
