  • エモーション製ストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・フレットすり合わせ・ポット交換です。

    音詰まり箇所があり状態悪いです。弾き込まれていればどうしてもフレットはすり減りますので修理が必要になってきます。

    ヴァンザント製ヴィンテージプラスに交換、ボリュームにガリで交換しました。

    お客様の方で3弦6弦が引っ込められてて、バランスが良いサウンドになっています。

    シングルコイルは未だに弦の音量バランスが悪く、メーカーも素人だったりするのでその異常に気が付かず昔の仕様のまま今に至っている物もかなり多いです。

    この弦の音量バランスは非常に重要で、特にギターはコードで鳴らす事が多いのでその弦の音量が合っていないとすれば音が大きい弦が強調され音が小さい弦が聞こえ難くなりミュート気味・鳴りが甘い様な音になるので結果としてコードが綺麗に鳴らなくなります。

    PUを交換して音を良くする考えよりも、ポールピースの高さを直した方が音を良くする意味では効果が上だと思います。

    状態も良くなり音も良くなったのでギターとして良いモデルに生まれ変わったと思います。

  • スクワイヤー製ストラトキャスターのフレットすり合わせです。

    Eシリアルの国産時期のモデルです。

    フレット状態が悪く音詰まり箇所・チョーキングで音詰まり、ハイ起き気味でかなり状態が悪いです。
    ただ年代を考えたらこれ位の状態が普通です。
    古い年代＝状態が悪い事が当然なので、中古で購入する際には状態に期待しない方が良いです。

    古い年代は80～90年代でも高額で売れる様になり、状態等は平気でウソを付いて販売する所も多いです。
    楽器店や楽器業者も素人が多いので、ウソを付いてなくても状態等の判断ができない人が売っている事も多いので要注意です。

    フレットをすり合わせ問題が無い状態に仕上げる事ができました。

  • フェンダージャパン製ストラトキャスターのフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整・ポット交換です。

    Vo不良で音が安定して出ない状態、フレット消耗で音詰まり、11-48弦を張っててナット溝に弦が合わずナット高が高い状態です。

    またアームバーのビス山が痛んでいるのか非常に動きが硬い状態、ビス山が壊れて破片が挟まっていた様子です。

    ストラトはボリュームを可変させて使用する事も多いと思うので消耗し易い所です。新品に交換し解決しました。

    ナットは大体1～2ゲージが入る様に切っている場合もあれば張った弦に合わせてキチキチに切る場合とメーカーの匙加減が異なります。
    ギターの場合10-46か09-42と幅広くゲージが使われる事が多いので、私は09を張る場合でも後から10に変更しても問題が無い様に46が入る様に溝を切っていた方が良いと考えます。それ以上のゲージは意図して使う事が多いので変更等は考えず張った弦に合わせて切ります。

    フレットをすり合わせ、弦に合わせて溝を切りまともに使用できる状態に修正しました。

    In the case of guitars, I also think that it is better to cut a groove so that 46 can fit even if you put on 09 so that there will be no problem if you change to 10 later. Gauges higher than this are often used as intended, so we cut the grooves to match the strings that have been strung without thinking about any changes.

    The frets have been grated and the grooves have been cut to match the strings, and the fretboard is now ready for proper use.

  • フェンダージャパン、Fシリアルのストラトキャスターのナット溝切り調整・フレットすり合わせ・ポット交換です。

    ボリュームにガリ、フレットの消耗、ナット高が高い所がある状態です。
    当時でも低価格帯になりますので細かい点は完璧ではありません。
    現行品のフェンダー製品でも高額なモデルでもナットの高さが各弦で異常に上下がある物も多くあります。

    パーツを交換しフレットをすり合わせ、ナット溝を仕上げる事で弾き易く問題が無い状態に仕上がりました。

    またトラスロッドの余り量が多く、ネック強度が高いです。
    昔は「良い木材があった」と分かる状態ですね。長い年月を生きてきてこの消耗状態で判断するなら木材が良い証拠です。
    この年代ですらヴィンテージ扱いされて非常に高価になっている事は疑問なのですが、現代と比べて明らかに木材の質が違うのは確かです。

    昔は低価格帯でも今で比較する所で30～40万円クラスの木材が数万円で使用されていた時代です。
    なので当時のフェンダージャパン製はコストパフォーマンスが良く、別に昔の物でなくても2000年代中期辺りまでの物でも非常に良い物が多いです。

    はっきり言えばこの年代を考えれば「数万円で良い楽器は普通にあった」となります。
    と言っても昔からビジネス洗脳は強いので誰も特別な見向きはしなかった事でしょう。
    今の高額な現行モデルよりも当時のフェンダージャパン製の方が音が良い場合が多いです。

    However, business brainwashing has been strong for a long time, so no one would have paid special attention to them.
    In many cases, Fender Japan-made instruments back then sounded better than today’s expensive current models.

  • アイバニーズ製Jカスタムのフレットすり合わせです。

    部分的に大きな減り、大きく順反りしており状態が悪いです。

    チタン補強材入りの新しい年代ネックですが妙に柔らかく、弦を張ると大きく順反りする強度の無さです。
    ただこうしたネック強度も近年は珍しくないので驚く事でも無いのですが本当にチタンの補強材が入ってるの？と思う様な順反りをします。

    フレットをすり合わせ問題が無い状態に仕上がりました。

    ネックに強度が無いと長持ちさせる意味では不利になってしまうので、いつもの様に弾かない時は弦を緩める事は当然として細いゲージを使用しネック自体に負荷を減らす工夫も大事です。

    It is in poor condition with large partial reduction and large forward warp.

    This is a newer vintage neck with titanium reinforcement, but it is strangely soft and lacks strength, and warps significantly when the strings are stretched.
    This kind of neck strength is not so surprising since it is not uncommon in recent years, but it is a bit of a surprise. The neck warps in such a way that one wonders if there really is a titanium reinforcement in the neck.

    The frets have been worn out and the neck is now in good condition.

    If the neck is not strong enough, it will not last long, so it is important to loosen the strings when not playing, as usual, and to use a thinner gauge to reduce the load on the neck itself.

  • フェンダージャパン製ストラトキャスター、Eシリアル80年代製ST-65のフレットすり合わせです。

    フレット消耗で音詰まりしている状態です。

    近年は古い年代のフェンダージャパン製が非常に高額になりましたが、別にSVが特別良いと思いません。
    結構2000年代半ば頃まで良い物が多いので、無理して古い年代を買う必要はありません。

    ネック剛性が高く、弦を張っても全然反らないネックで材質がとても良さそうです。
    指板が円錐指板の精度が高く、またシムも必要としない仕様で作りが良いです。

    音が良く、現行のカスタムショップ製と大きな差が感じません。
    当時はこれが数万円（型番の数値が値段）で売っていたので、むしろ昔の状況を知っているシニア世代が「楽器は値段じゃない・安い物でも良い物は多い」という意識になるはずなのですが、不思議と逆なのです。
    昔のプレイヤー達も良い物がその辺で安く売られていた事に気が付かなかった様です。

    古い年代製になります。そうした個体は基本状態が悪い為、中古で購入された際は大掛かりなリペアが必要になる事があります。

    ナットは音詰まり、フレット状態も悪いです。

    ナットを交換しフレットをすり合わせる事で状態を良くし問題無い状態に仕上げました。

    ジャパンビンテージと言われる年代も確かに今の現行品と比べると音の面で良い個体が多いのは事実ですが、それに伴い状態が悪く許容内か許容外かで扱いが変わってきます。

    基本的に古い物は状態が悪く、特にトラスロッドに余裕が無いと上手く直せない原因となりますので購入前に絶対に確認しておきたい重要ポイントです。

  • Gretsch G6636T Players Edition White Falcon フレットすり合わせ＆ナット溝切り調整

  • グレッチ製G6636T、ホワイトファルコンのフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    以前の新品で購入した物を調整したばかりの個体です。
    新品で購入したばかりの個体でしたが調整でトラスロッド限界の物でしたが、その後に使用していてウネリが出てきて音にビビりが出てくる様になったとの事ですり合わせる事となりました。

    近年の木材強度は非常に低下しているので、新品の時点でトラスロッドが限界になる様な木材強度ですから基本はこうした個体は長持ちしないでしょう。
    新品スタート地点で状態が悪いのですから、今後の状態も悪くなる一方な個体と思います。
    バカリペアマンはこうした個体があっても「弦は張りっぱなしで良い」とか言って購入した人に壊させて買い替えさせるあくどい商法をしています。

    すり合わせでウネリを取り、ほんの少しだけトラスロッド限界から余裕ができましたが安心して使用できるトラスロッドの余り状態ではありません。
    このウネリも元から多少はあったと思いますが、材が柔らかいので今後もネック状態が変化して状態が悪くなるスパンが早いと思います。

    弦は緩めて保管しないとダメです。特に新しい年代の物なら猶更です。

    ナット高も部分的に高い弦がある為、削って整え弾き易く調整しました。

    ギブソン製ESレスポールのフレットすり合わせ・ナット溝切り調整です。

    各所の状態が悪く、診断と修正で持ち込まれました。

    ネックが外れ掛かっている？のかネック接合部の範囲が広い塗装割れがありますが特に問題無さそうです。
    接着面は完成後の塗装された状態では確認ができません。
    実際に接着精度はメーカーの品質がかなり出てくる部分ですので、ギブソンは見えない所に不安はあるメーカーです。
    過去にネックが取れた例も知ってますので、確かに不安はありますよね。

    フレット交換されているとの事ですが非常に状態悪く、11フレット以降からの音詰まりが酷い状態です。

    すり合わせで直し弾き易く仕上げました。中古品は売る為に良い様に説明文を記載して良く見せようとしている人も多いので要注意です。

  • Joe Guitar製ストラトキャスターのフレットすり合わせです。

    全体的なかなりの消耗です。サドルは錆が酷くGOTOH製へ交換しました。

    フレットをすり合わせ各所の問題を解決しました。

    音がタイトで日本製みたいな音で、作りもSuhrっぽい作りに見えます。

    弾き込まれた楽器は音が良くなる傾向なので大事に長く使用する事は大事な事ですがリペアしないといけない消耗が出てきます。
    これらを放置すると状態が悪いまま弾く事になれて正しい状態の物を弾きこなせない自分のトラブルが出てきます。
    よくある「左手の押さえる力が強い」等がその典型例です。
    弾き易ければ余計な力を発生しないので、演奏も効率化されます。
